Our Account was hacked on Avoxi and… Our Account was hacked on Avoxi and they billed us $1400 and failed to issue us a refund. This is a scam company

Prices in USD for Canadian customers… Prices in USD for Canadian customers and extra fees not disclosed. Trying to cancel number but can't log in. Company not meant for Canadian customers with a 30% difference in the dollar. ***update*** The resolution mentioned in my reply from AVOXI was me cancelling my service and going elsewhere. Not what I had hoped for but obviously what needed to happen. Still no invoices. Cancelled number and went elsewhere despite now having to relogo my vehicles and change the website. Brutal company to deal with.

Excellent Services and Support we are using the services from Avoxi from last 10 Years and the support and the services are awesome, we are getting support round the clock, even in non working hours and Public holidays as well. Charged Us for ZERO Service To follow up with Kris' review below, we now know how the cancellation of the account went... They instructed us because we didn't provide 30 days cancellation notice, no refund will be provided. So that's the end of the story. No service, we had to force contact and in the end, they kept our money because WE didn't hold up our end of the agreement. Well, I guess you live and learn and hope to not repeat your mistakes of the past. I think we're all a little wiser though slightly poorer.

No order confirmation neither login access this is a scam, I was pending with no order confirmation, any email, neither login access. 2 days later finally get a reply with many proof documents to submit, submitted it and still no answer. + worst customer service experience
