DEVery dubious business practices Very dubious business practices - not transparent pricing, what was advertised on their website was not what i ended up paying - it was far higher to use their SIP trunking and virtual phone number even though I hardly used their service they still charged by like $60. Will try to retain you by offering you "free credit" - they send way too many emails to try and make it seem like they're offering good customer service. Avoid

GBUseful features for a virtual number in Norway Avoxi provided a virtual number in Norway. Call forwarding, scheduling of ring times, and recording calls were some neat features. I was impressed with the features. The price was good, but recently they added a $5 admin fee. No on was calling us maybe because they were calling us on whats app.

GBAvoxi is the biggest little secret for… Avoxi is the biggest little secret for small companies trying not to break the bank with telephone services fees, and Avoxi's excellent customer services more than pay for the small fees they charge. Since I subscribed to Avoxi, I haven't missed the big, monopolistic, price-gauging telephone companies. My clients are happy, I am happy, and my financials are happy. Now that is a great little telephone company for you.

CAPrices in USD for Canadian customers… Prices in USD for Canadian customers and extra fees not disclosed. Trying to cancel number but can't log in. Company not meant for Canadian customers with a 30% difference in the dollar. ***update*** The resolution mentioned in my reply from AVOXI was me cancelling my service and going elsewhere. Not what I had hoped for but obviously what needed to happen. Still no invoices. Cancelled number and went elsewhere despite now having to relogo my vehicles and change the website. Brutal company to deal with.

GBDidn't even get past the sales team.. Didn't even get past the sales team... I had a simple question they refused to answer without me providing all my personal information!
