Both Avoxi support agent and sales agent always take time and patiently walk us through our questions and issues. Unlike some providers who often just brushed off "silly" questions and not bother to address each question or query raised.

Charged Us for ZERO Service To follow up with Kris' review below, we now know how the cancellation of the account went... They instructed us because we didn't provide 30 days cancellation notice, no refund will be provided. So that's the end of the story. No service, we had to force contact and in the end, they kept our money because WE didn't hold up our end of the agreement. Well, I guess you live and learn and hope to not repeat your mistakes of the past. I think we're all a little wiser though slightly poorer.
