They instructed us because we didn't provide 30 days cancellation notice, no refund will be provided. So that's the end of the story. No service, we had to force contact and in the end, they kept our money because WE didn't hold up our end of the agreement. Called multiple times. each time they say case is open and someone will get back to me. No one did. After wasting few hrs on calls, asked for cancellation and refund. even for that they opened a case and said someone will get back to me.

They are introducing payment processing fees that are 110% of the actual monthly rental costs. They have also introduced a fee for the preparation of invoices, which is clearly something is done by a bot. I cancelled my service with them and got a successful chargeback for some of the fees that Avoxi tried to charge retrospectively, and fees that I did not agree to when I accepted the original terms and conditions. To be clear, they are a fraud and scam ridden company.
