They instructed us because we didn't provide 30 days cancellation notice, no refund will be provided. So that's the end of the story. No service, we had to force contact and in the end, they kept our money because WE didn't hold up our end of the agreement. Well, I guess you live and learn and hope to not repeat your mistakes of the past. I think we're all a little wiser though slightly poorer.

After multiple inquiries they were adamant the only solution was upgrading our plan to a significantly more expensive package. Going off of the amount of traffic we were unable to connect to we probably lost about $60k worth of work over the last few months

Beware and run Beware and run. you might think that the company looks legit from the website and all the toll free numbers provided but believe me, its not. Hopefully you can read this and prevent yourself some pain. Signed up for a service. Waited and didn't work for a day. Called multiple times. each time they say case is open and someone will get back to me. No one did. After wasting few hrs on calls, asked for cancellation and refund. even for that they opened a case and said someone will get back to me.
