Company not meant for Canadian customers with a 30% difference in the dollar. ***update*** The resolution mentioned in my reply from AVOXI was me cancelling my service and going elsewhere. Not what I had hoped for but obviously what needed to happen. Still no invoices. Cancelled number and went elsewhere despite now having to relogo my vehicles and change the website. Brutal company to deal with.

Avoxi was among the first to follow up… Avoxi was among the first to follow up with me when I started my inquiry into software for our phone system. Their presentation was clear, they answered every question, and were genuine. The set up was painless, they walked through every step and their onboarding support was so amazing, I have become friends with some of the team. If there is ever an issue, the support team is always on top of it, never once have I heard the "Turn it off and turn it on" type of support. 10/10 would recommend.

Do NOT use this company Do NOT use this company. They raise their prices without notice. (doubled my bill) READ the fine print. NO refunds. They're a horrible company!! You have to wait for days until they respond to a ticket. Do not risk using this company for your 800 phone needs. Do more research. There are cheaper, reputable, nonfraudulent companies out there. I found one very easily. DO NOT USE AVOXI! I will continue to post negative reviews about my horrible experience with this company.

Kudos to Avoxi support and sales agents. Very good customer support. As a new user to IP-based telecommunications systems, we have many questions regarding setup issues and account management. Both Avoxi support agent and sales agent always take time and patiently walk us through our questions and issues. Unlike some providers who often just brushed off "silly" questions and not bother to address each question or query raised.

Be careful of the hidden fees this… Be careful of the hidden fees this company charges. The monthly recurring fees are not reflective of the actual charges. They are introducing payment processing fees that are 110% of the actual monthly rental costs. They have also introduced a fee for the preparation of invoices, which is clearly something is done by a bot. I cancelled my service with them and got a successful chargeback for some of the fees that Avoxi tried to charge retrospectively, and fees that I did not agree to when I accepted the original terms and conditions. To be clear, they are a fraud and scam ridden company.
