They accept Egyptian passport as an ID… They accept Egyptian passport as an ID for verification but not an Egyptian utility bill or bank statement, claiming it's written in Arabic and that they don't understand Arabic ..., well , if in that age of tech miracles , they can't translate and read the original documents in foreign language , then for sure, it's better to keep my money away from them . Besides, I can't change how cooperations work in a whole country to satisfy your fancy needs .

They rejected 4 of my wires without reason even though I filled in all my info. Customer support is useless and will just repeat what you already know It took them 21 days to return my money after they stole the wire fees and it takes about 1 week to wire out the money and another week if they return it and that’s best case scenario They are not professionals at all and very lazy. They have all the customers info and banking but don’t want to help and just collect fees. An email took 10 days to reply back and.
