I don't agree with the limit of 50… I don't agree with the limit of 50 bucks for an outgoing wire in usd or euro. Otherwise it's ok, don't have many complaints.

They accept Egyptian passport as an ID… They accept Egyptian passport as an ID for verification but not an Egyptian utility bill or bank statement, claiming it's written in Arabic and that they don't understand Arabic ..., well , if in that age of tech miracles , they can't translate and read the original documents in foreign language , then for sure, it's better to keep my money away from them . Besides, I can't change how cooperations work in a whole country to satisfy your fancy needs .
