Called back again, John answered and apologized for not received any calls.Never gotten any calls again and has been 5 days already.

GBThumbs down I believe cameras that were supposed to have been monitored were not as in a 4 hour period a fork lift and fuel tank were stolen and no one was contacted from our firm nor the authorities. Still have not received a report on the incident.
