GBCOMPLAINT i've been hearing alot about how ecam secure is being unfair with their employees. something that bother me the most is that they're being treated unfairly. i've been doing alot of research and feel like they're are being underpaid with the work that they have done. Now in 2020 a new hires will start off at a higher pay with no type of experience what so ever while some of the old hire are still stuck below that pay grade who have build experience with the company for the last few years. Not just that, i even heard that their employees have not yet gotten a raise in a very long time without a back pay. some of these employees does not have a voice so i will speak up for them. oh and where is the hazard pay ? i will also put in this complaint with the BBB.org - Ecam employees if you are reading this and feel like this company is not taking care of you, please start looking for a new company who is willing to pay you for what you are worth.
