No Sense of urgency. Based on the review I have read, I called the Company and talked to John Leota, very friendly, nice and said someone will contact me the next day.Two days passed without any calls. Called back again, John answered and apologized for not received any calls.Never gotten any calls again and has been 5 days already.

Thumbs down I believe cameras that were supposed to have been monitored were not as in a 4 hour period a fork lift and fuel tank were stolen and no one was contacted from our firm nor the authorities. Still have not received a report on the incident.

Great response time and field service. I was skeptical on the service and whether or not it would work and how responsive their service would be. We got the unit with a thermal camera for night activities and have been more than happy with the product and service.
