The Ecamsecure Technicians are … The Ecamsecure Technicians are courteous and knowledgeable of the system that is installed into our facility. They always communicate the type of service to be performed and advise of the and result before leaving. They conduct themselves in a professional manner at all time.

Simple Sytem but Not Reliable The set up of the security camera was by eCam and went well. The system is easy for end users. The reliability of the camera / website is questionable. There has been several occasions where the image is not available on the website and images are missing from the history. After a couple of days eCam has been able to restore images but it is annoying.

Thumbs down I believe cameras that were supposed to have been monitored were not as in a 4 hour period a fork lift and fuel tank were stolen and no one was contacted from our firm nor the authorities. Still have not received a report on the incident.

The cameras were great! The cameras were great. The mobile app that allowed us to look in on the site was a great addition. we had a few hiccups with the monitoring team but they responded and things went smooth.
