They followed up with an additional phone call a few months latter to make sure the chamber was performing as expected, to reaffirm their commitment to answering all of my question and to let me know they are available for support. The temperature and humidity chamber works great, temperature and humidity is very stable. High Quality product that should be used by anyone looking for an environmental chamber.
