The customer service was outstanding The customer service was outstanding. After I received my chamber the customer service representative called just to make sure every thing was as ordered, and to ask If I had anything they could help with. They followed up with an additional phone call a few months latter to make sure the chamber was performing as expected, to reaffirm their commitment to answering all of my question and to let me know they are available for support. The temperature and humidity chamber works great, temperature and humidity is very stable. High Quality product that should be used by anyone looking for an environmental chamber.
