GBI had a demo with conga and it was… I had a demo with conga and it was great. Looked a bit complicated but i was sure i could handle it. I then asked them to postpone the start of the contract by two weeks until i am back from vacation. And that was ignored. i was contacted right away a few times by different people from there to get me going i kept telling them to eait two weeks. After my vacation, i finally was able to schedule a training session. That went very well. I was promised a link to a video recording of the training and some links to other helpfull documents to get me going. I did not get anything. I sent email after email to the various people there to get the information and nobody responded at all over the last two weeks.... so i cancelled our check to them and cancelled the contract. They talk a good game at beginning, but they have been absolutely the worst company in communication and follow up that i have ever been involved with.

GBQuick and Easy I haven't had any issues with Conga Composer. I click a button and my quotes become PDF's. It's quick and easy and little thought needs to go into it. I'm looking forward to seeing what else Conga can do and how it'll better our business and efficiency.

GBExcellent staff I am a very beginning user but the folks at the Conga conference were fantastic. Thank you.

GBREAD BEFORE SIGNING READ BEFORE SIGNING I have used just about all of the Conga products for the past few years. The tech was very good back when I first signed up but now has much more competition from others on the exchange. My main reason for the one star is I tried to change my number of licenses this year within the allotted time and was scuffed off. I spoke with the territory manager earlier in the year about my use case and she said she would get back to me on anything and everything Conga might be able to provide. (I never heard back from her) I made an appointment with my rep in Novemeber and no one ever joined my call. Then conga sends me an invoice for a bunch of licenses that I don't use. When I said I need to change a few around they told me it could not be done and that I have to pay for products I have no use for. Keep in mind that I am not trying to lower my overall expense...I am happy to pay whatever I was already paying. I just want to change Conga Composer to Collaborate since I no longer use Composer. The overall way that this company treats you is unbelievably poor. Panda Docs is a less expensive proposal software than collaborate and DaDa Docs and Airslate in my experience is great for document generation. I can't imagine being treated with less concern from a company. Generally, my experience with anything on the SF exchange is perfect. I understand I have a small business and my company's contribution to Conga's bottom line is most likely a rounding error in their eyes but I still think this was handled poorly.
