Another update Another update! The owner of the bar I work at disconnected the POS system and is now using a regular cash register! Our contract is not up until October, but after the system crashed 4 times Friday night, with over an hour on the phone with CS each time he said to hell with it. The staff is celebrating.

Customer service is excellent Customer service is excellent, however I was lead to believe my business could accept HSA health savings cards when I signed up with Harbortouch. This is NOT the case. I've asked them for assistance and am told they don't have the capability. It is beyond my comprehension that POS systems today can't process all types of cards.

I like Harbortouch as a user I like Harbortouch as a user. I find it easy to operate and find all the information I need in our daily operations. The technical staff are very friendly and helpful, but haven't always been able to solve our issues. With the new upgrade with Lighthouse Reporting, we had many balancing issues, but have managed to get these rectified. As of this time, we still have no idea what caused our unbalanced reports, nor did the technical staff, but it seems to be solved now. The software sucks........customer… The software sucks........customer service is almost 2 hour delay everytime you call. Nothing gets fixed ..all I can say is get a good lawyer if you sign up for this system.

This is the worst company you could… This is the worst company you could ever do business with. Honestly. I switched because they promise me a $500 promotional bonus. I did everything I was supposed to and I never got it. Upon trying to retrieve it they told me that they didn't have to give it to me if they didn't want to and did not. I've never seen anything like this happen before period they said if I didn't like it to silhouette. No kidding. These people are monsters and I'm very shocked that the government allows them to do business . Do not trust this business. Also every card that has ever been swiped with them always gets their Info stolen
