The intuitive interface has tremendously reduced the number of errors previously made by our staff. We are processing more accurately and faster than we ever have before! extremely helpful staff, they always go above and beyond to help us on the phone. POS system is a life saver, it has helped me run my business more efficiently and it helps me keep a better eye on my employees and day to day operations. COULD NOT LIVE WITHOUT IT.

I like Harbortouch as a user I like Harbortouch as a user. I find it easy to operate and find all the information I need in our daily operations. The technical staff are very friendly and helpful, but haven't always been able to solve our issues. With the new upgrade with Lighthouse Reporting, we had many balancing issues, but have managed to get these rectified. As of this time, we still have no idea what caused our unbalanced reports, nor did the technical staff, but it seems to be solved now. Another update Another update! The owner of the bar I work at disconnected the POS system and is now using a regular cash register! Our contract is not up until October, but after the system crashed 4 times Friday night, with over an hour on the phone with CS each time he said to hell with it. The staff is celebrating.

Switching from ShopKeep to HarborTouch… Switching from ShopKeep to HarborTouch has been like a breath of fresh air. Their back office features are amazing, as well as their prompt customer support. My smoothie shop now feels complete. I will definitely be using them at future locations.

My county order all restaurant to be… My county order all restaurant to be closed due to covid-19 from 3/15 to 5/31. I explain to them Harbortouch shouldn't charge me during the shut down. I was told that not their fault. Even my landlord very nice enough not to charge me the rent during the shut down because he know this covid-19 affect everybody. Now my restaurant closed for good and i'm stuck with Harbortouch for another 8 months without income. Please don't do with business company. they don't understand the hardship every restaurant going through loosing their business. I was told if i don't pay them they would sent me to collection agency so I credit will be ruin...
