System is easy to navigate Our world is full of technical equipment that makes all of us, at one time or another, feel crazy. Harbor Touch support has bailed my team out numerous times while creating a training atmosphere.

I like Harbortouch as a user I like Harbortouch as a user. I find it easy to operate and find all the information I need in our daily operations. The technical staff are very friendly and helpful, but haven't always been able to solve our issues. With the new upgrade with Lighthouse Reporting, we had many balancing issues, but have managed to get these rectified. As of this time, we still have no idea what caused our unbalanced reports, nor did the technical staff, but it seems to be solved now. Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. After being bounced from one rep to another five times to try and solve a problem, I get told it will need to be "escalated" to a higher tech level. That is harbertouch speak for, " we don't know what the hell we're doing. I get an official ticket number and told someone will call me back. That is a joke !!, Over the past several months I have been given at least a dozen " escalation ticket numbers" and never, and I mean never, has anyone called me back. I am having to start over with a new company.

The software sucks........customer… The software sucks........customer service is almost 2 hour delay everytime you call. Nothing gets fixed ..all I can say is get a good lawyer if you sign up for this system.

Don't ignore the bad reviews Don't ignore the bad reviews! While some people love this system, we had a nightmare starting on day one. We recently ordered their HBR (Harbortouch Bar & Restaurant) which they sell as their latest system. It was a nightmare from the day of installation. Countless hours on the phone with support and still can't get basic functions like sales tax to work correctly. Response from sales and management was barely existent and we returned the system. One star for the nice big screens - everything else was a mess.
