Don't ignore the bad reviews Don't ignore the bad reviews! While some people love this system, we had a nightmare starting on day one. We recently ordered their HBR (Harbortouch Bar & Restaurant) which they sell as their latest system. It was a nightmare from the day of installation. Countless hours on the phone with support and still can't get basic functions like sales tax to work correctly. Response from sales and management was barely existent and we returned the system. One star for the nice big screens - everything else was a mess.

Customer service is excellent Customer service is excellent, however I was lead to believe my business could accept HSA health savings cards when I signed up with Harbortouch. This is NOT the case. I've asked them for assistance and am told they don't have the capability. It is beyond my comprehension that POS systems today can't process all types of cards.

I like Harbortouch as a user I like Harbortouch as a user. I find it easy to operate and find all the information I need in our daily operations. The technical staff are very friendly and helpful, but haven't always been able to solve our issues. With the new upgrade with Lighthouse Reporting, we had many balancing issues, but have managed to get these rectified. As of this time, we still have no idea what caused our unbalanced reports, nor did the technical staff, but it seems to be solved now. Worst company I've ever had to deal… Worst company I've ever had to deal with. Also on hold for hours at a time when needing help with the system, horrible customer service, honestly just save yourself from dealing with them & dont !! System constantly crashes & needing to wait days at a time to get some kind of help .. LITERALLY THE WORST !!!

Harbortouch Customer Service is … Harbortouch Customer Service is wonderful! I am Especially commending Brittney Emery and Jason Cloud. Harbortouch, they are great assets to your company and it should not go unrecognized. Their service is outstanding and exceeds expectation above and beyond! Britney and Jason's team reliance always me assures me that service is fully covered. Their close personal assistance has shown me such a care; it feels like we're all on the same team! Awesome!!!
