GBI like Harbortouch as a user I like Harbortouch as a user. I find it easy to operate and find all the information I need in our daily operations. The technical staff are very friendly and helpful, but haven't always been able to solve our issues. With the new upgrade with Lighthouse Reporting, we had many balancing issues, but have managed to get these rectified. As of this time, we still have no idea what caused our unbalanced reports, nor did the technical staff, but it seems to be solved now. GBThis is the worst company you could… This is the worst company you could ever do business with. Honestly. I switched because they promise me a $500 promotional bonus. I did everything I was supposed to and I never got it. Upon trying to retrieve it they told me that they didn't have to give it to me if they didn't want to and did not. I've never seen anything like this happen before period they said if I didn't like it to silhouette. No kidding. These people are monsters and I'm very shocked that the government allows them to do business . Do not trust this business. Also every card that has ever been swiped with them always gets their Info stolen

GBThe software sucks........customer… The software sucks........customer service is almost 2 hour delay everytime you call. Nothing gets fixed ..all I can say is get a good lawyer if you sign up for this system.

GBSwitching from ShopKeep to HarborTouch… Switching from ShopKeep to HarborTouch has been like a breath of fresh air. Their back office features are amazing, as well as their prompt customer support. My smoothie shop now feels complete. I will definitely be using them at future locations.

GBAwesome experience as long as you do… Awesome experience as long as you do the hardware install yourself! Beware the fine print. However, the hardware install is relatively easy and they will provide you with excellent phone customer service if you get stuck. The POS is amazing and runs excellent. Nothing but great and positive results 30 days in!
