The intuitive interface has tremendously reduced the number of errors previously made by our staff. We are processing more accurately and faster than we ever have before! extremely helpful staff, they always go above and beyond to help us on the phone. I did everything I was supposed to and I never got it. Upon trying to retrieve it they told me that they didn't have to give it to me if they didn't want to and did not. I've never seen anything like this happen before period they said if I didn't like it to silhouette. No kidding. These people are monsters and I'm very shocked that the government allows them to do business . Do not trust this business. Also on hold for hours at a time when needing help with the system, horrible customer service, honestly just save yourself from dealing with them & dont !! System constantly crashes & needing to wait days at a time to get some kind of help .. LITERALLY THE WORST !!!
