The software sucks........customer… The software sucks........customer service is almost 2 hour delay everytime you call. Nothing gets fixed ..all I can say is get a good lawyer if you sign up for this system.

The intuitive interface has tremendously reduced the number of errors previously made by our staff. We are processing more accurately and faster than we ever have before! extremely helpful staff, they always go above and beyond to help us on the phone. POS system is a life saver, it has helped me run my business more efficiently and it helps me keep a better eye on my employees and day to day operations. COULD NOT LIVE WITHOUT IT.

It took me over 6 months to get them to… It took me over 6 months to get them to send me a "new" credit card reader - the one they finally sent me won't read chips and never asks for CID code. I believe it is intentional because they charge you more money if you type the numbers iin and also when there is not a CID entered - so we are forced to use the machine in the most expensive (profitable for them) way!!!

Harbortouch Customer Service is … Harbortouch Customer Service is wonderful! I am Especially commending Brittney Emery and Jason Cloud. Harbortouch, they are great assets to your company and it should not go unrecognized. Their service is outstanding and exceeds expectation above and beyond! Britney and Jason's team reliance always me assures me that service is fully covered. Their close personal assistance has shown me such a care; it feels like we're all on the same team! Awesome!!!

Another update Another update! The owner of the bar I work at disconnected the POS system and is now using a regular cash register! Our contract is not up until October, but after the system crashed 4 times Friday night, with over an hour on the phone with CS each time he said to hell with it. The staff is celebrating.
