I like Harbortouch as a user I like Harbortouch as a user. I find it easy to operate and find all the information I need in our daily operations. The technical staff are very friendly and helpful, but haven't always been able to solve our issues. With the new upgrade with Lighthouse Reporting, we had many balancing issues, but have managed to get these rectified. As of this time, we still have no idea what caused our unbalanced reports, nor did the technical staff, but it seems to be solved now. My county order all restaurant to be… My county order all restaurant to be closed due to covid-19 from 3/15 to 5/31. I explain to them Harbortouch shouldn't charge me during the shut down. I was told that not their fault. Even my landlord very nice enough not to charge me the rent during the shut down because he know this covid-19 affect everybody. Now my restaurant closed for good and i'm stuck with Harbortouch for another 8 months without income. Please don't do with business company. they don't understand the hardship every restaurant going through loosing their business. I was told if i don't pay them they would sent me to collection agency so I credit will be ruin...

Switching from ShopKeep to HarborTouch… Switching from ShopKeep to HarborTouch has been like a breath of fresh air. Their back office features are amazing, as well as their prompt customer support. My smoothie shop now feels complete. I will definitely be using them at future locations.

The software sucks........customer… The software sucks........customer service is almost 2 hour delay everytime you call. Nothing gets fixed ..all I can say is get a good lawyer if you sign up for this system.

Don't ignore the bad reviews Don't ignore the bad reviews! While some people love this system, we had a nightmare starting on day one. We recently ordered their HBR (Harbortouch Bar & Restaurant) which they sell as their latest system. It was a nightmare from the day of installation. Countless hours on the phone with support and still can't get basic functions like sales tax to work correctly. Response from sales and management was barely existent and we returned the system. One star for the nice big screens - everything else was a mess.
