Customer service is excellent Customer service is excellent, however I was lead to believe my business could accept HSA health savings cards when I signed up with Harbortouch. This is NOT the case. I've asked them for assistance and am told they don't have the capability. It is beyond my comprehension that POS systems today can't process all types of cards.

Harbortouch Customer Service is … Harbortouch Customer Service is wonderful! I am Especially commending Brittney Emery and Jason Cloud. Harbortouch, they are great assets to your company and it should not go unrecognized. Their service is outstanding and exceeds expectation above and beyond! Britney and Jason's team reliance always me assures me that service is fully covered. Their close personal assistance has shown me such a care; it feels like we're all on the same team! Awesome!!!

My county order all restaurant to be… My county order all restaurant to be closed due to covid-19 from 3/15 to 5/31. I explain to them Harbortouch shouldn't charge me during the shut down. I was told that not their fault. Even my landlord very nice enough not to charge me the rent during the shut down because he know this covid-19 affect everybody. Now my restaurant closed for good and i'm stuck with Harbortouch for another 8 months without income. Please don't do with business company. they don't understand the hardship every restaurant going through loosing their business. I was told if i don't pay them they would sent me to collection agency so I credit will be ruin...

This has been the worst experience… This has been the worst experience ever. To date 1/9/23 we have yet to receive the information needed off our old brain that crashed.. after finding out our system was not backed up for over a year. It is now the beginning of a new year and don't have the information off the other computer It has been 4 weeks of waiting for it. I call and get no help hung up on transfered and hung up on again. I am currently looking into different POS systems

Awesome experience as long as you do… Awesome experience as long as you do the hardware install yourself! Beware the fine print. However, the hardware install is relatively easy and they will provide you with excellent phone customer service if you get stuck. The POS is amazing and runs excellent. Nothing but great and positive results 30 days in!
