Worst company I've dealt with in my life!! Our experience with Harbortouch was terrible from the beginning. The programmers kept screwing up our inventory. It took 4 attempts before we had something acceptable. Then they shipped us the wrong system. At this time I tried to cancel the order. The salesman talked me into giving them another shot. When they shipped out the new system, we ended up getting a case of receipt paper instead. By the time the proper hardware was installed, several months had gone by. We never could get it to work properly, and now they want to charge us an early termination fee. This company is a complete joke! Don't waste your time. My 1-star review is generous.

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. After being bounced from one rep to another five times to try and solve a problem, I get told it will need to be "escalated" to a higher tech level. That is harbertouch speak for, " we don't know what the hell we're doing. I get an official ticket number and told someone will call me back. That is a joke !!, Over the past several months I have been given at least a dozen " escalation ticket numbers" and never, and I mean never, has anyone called me back. I am having to start over with a new company.

I like Harbortouch as a user I like Harbortouch as a user. I find it easy to operate and find all the information I need in our daily operations. The technical staff are very friendly and helpful, but haven't always been able to solve our issues. With the new upgrade with Lighthouse Reporting, we had many balancing issues, but have managed to get these rectified. As of this time, we still have no idea what caused our unbalanced reports, nor did the technical staff, but it seems to be solved now. The intuitive interface has tremendously reduced the number of errors previously made by our staff. We are processing more accurately and faster than we ever have before! extremely helpful staff, they always go above and beyond to help us on the phone. POS system is a life saver, it has helped me run my business more efficiently and it helps me keep a better eye on my employees and day to day operations. COULD NOT LIVE WITHOUT IT.

Switching from ShopKeep to HarborTouch… Switching from ShopKeep to HarborTouch has been like a breath of fresh air. Their back office features are amazing, as well as their prompt customer support. My smoothie shop now feels complete. I will definitely be using them at future locations.
