GBMy county order all restaurant to be… My county order all restaurant to be closed due to covid-19 from 3/15 to 5/31. I explain to them Harbortouch shouldn't charge me during the shut down. I was told that not their fault. Even my landlord very nice enough not to charge me the rent during the shut down because he know this covid-19 affect everybody. Now my restaurant closed for good and i'm stuck with Harbortouch for another 8 months without income. Please don't do with business company. they don't understand the hardship every restaurant going through loosing their business. I was told if i don't pay them they would sent me to collection agency so I credit will be ruin...

GBAnother update Another update! The owner of the bar I work at disconnected the POS system and is now using a regular cash register! Our contract is not up until October, but after the system crashed 4 times Friday night, with over an hour on the phone with CS each time he said to hell with it. The staff is celebrating.

GBThis has been the worst experience… This has been the worst experience ever. To date 1/9/23 we have yet to receive the information needed off our old brain that crashed.. after finding out our system was not backed up for over a year. It is now the beginning of a new year and don't have the information off the other computer It has been 4 weeks of waiting for it. I call and get no help hung up on transfered and hung up on again. I am currently looking into different POS systems

GBHorrible system problems my rep said to… Horrible system problems my rep said to call him if any more problems arise. He stop taking my calls and told me to text only. Customer service rude shift 4 payments keeps billing you at a higher rate if you are not using there system they are fraudulent. I would give them a 0 run as fast as you can.

GBThe intuitive interface has tremendously reduced the number of errors previously made by our staff. We are processing more accurately and faster than we ever have before! extremely helpful staff, they always go above and beyond to help us on the phone. POS system is a life saver, it has helped me run my business more efficiently and it helps me keep a better eye on my employees and day to day operations. COULD NOT LIVE WITHOUT IT.
