GBIt took me over 6 months to get them to… It took me over 6 months to get them to send me a "new" credit card reader - the one they finally sent me won't read chips and never asks for CID code. I believe it is intentional because they charge you more money if you type the numbers iin and also when there is not a CID entered - so we are forced to use the machine in the most expensive (profitable for them) way!!!

GBThis has been the worst experience… This has been the worst experience ever. To date 1/9/23 we have yet to receive the information needed off our old brain that crashed.. after finding out our system was not backed up for over a year. It is now the beginning of a new year and don't have the information off the other computer It has been 4 weeks of waiting for it. I call and get no help hung up on transfered and hung up on again. I am currently looking into different POS systems

GBWorst company I've ever had to deal… Worst company I've ever had to deal with. Also on hold for hours at a time when needing help with the system, horrible customer service, honestly just save yourself from dealing with them & dont !! System constantly crashes & needing to wait days at a time to get some kind of help .. LITERALLY THE WORST !!!

GBHorrible system problems my rep said to… Horrible system problems my rep said to call him if any more problems arise. He stop taking my calls and told me to text only. Customer service rude shift 4 payments keeps billing you at a higher rate if you are not using there system they are fraudulent. I would give them a 0 run as fast as you can.

GBI like Harbortouch as a user I like Harbortouch as a user. I find it easy to operate and find all the information I need in our daily operations. The technical staff are very friendly and helpful, but haven't always been able to solve our issues. With the new upgrade with Lighthouse Reporting, we had many balancing issues, but have managed to get these rectified. As of this time, we still have no idea what caused our unbalanced reports, nor did the technical staff, but it seems to be solved now.
