GBCustomer service is excellent Customer service is excellent, however I was lead to believe my business could accept HSA health savings cards when I signed up with Harbortouch. This is NOT the case. I've asked them for assistance and am told they don't have the capability. It is beyond my comprehension that POS systems today can't process all types of cards.

GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. After being bounced from one rep to another five times to try and solve a problem, I get told it will need to be "escalated" to a higher tech level. That is harbertouch speak for, " we don't know what the hell we're doing. I get an official ticket number and told someone will call me back. That is a joke !!, Over the past several months I have been given at least a dozen " escalation ticket numbers" and never, and I mean never, has anyone called me back. I am having to start over with a new company.

GBIt took me over 6 months to get them to… It took me over 6 months to get them to send me a "new" credit card reader - the one they finally sent me won't read chips and never asks for CID code. I believe it is intentional because they charge you more money if you type the numbers iin and also when there is not a CID entered - so we are forced to use the machine in the most expensive (profitable for them) way!!!

GBThe intuitive interface has tremendously reduced the number of errors previously made by our staff. We are processing more accurately and faster than we ever have before! extremely helpful staff, they always go above and beyond to help us on the phone. POS system is a life saver, it has helped me run my business more efficiently and it helps me keep a better eye on my employees and day to day operations. COULD NOT LIVE WITHOUT IT.

GBAnother update Another update! The owner of the bar I work at disconnected the POS system and is now using a regular cash register! Our contract is not up until October, but after the system crashed 4 times Friday night, with over an hour on the phone with CS each time he said to hell with it. The staff is celebrating.
