GBIt took me over 6 months to get them to… It took me over 6 months to get them to send me a "new" credit card reader - the one they finally sent me won't read chips and never asks for CID code. I believe it is intentional because they charge you more money if you type the numbers iin and also when there is not a CID entered - so we are forced to use the machine in the most expensive (profitable for them) way!!!

GBThe software sucks........customer… The software sucks........customer service is almost 2 hour delay everytime you call. Nothing gets fixed ..all I can say is get a good lawyer if you sign up for this system.

GBThe POS system is easy to use and has… The POS system is easy to use and has been great. The remote access back office allows for easy addition and changes to inventory, pricing, and items.

GBI like Harbortouch as a user I like Harbortouch as a user. I find it easy to operate and find all the information I need in our daily operations. The technical staff are very friendly and helpful, but haven't always been able to solve our issues. With the new upgrade with Lighthouse Reporting, we had many balancing issues, but have managed to get these rectified. As of this time, we still have no idea what caused our unbalanced reports, nor did the technical staff, but it seems to be solved now. GBMy county order all restaurant to be… My county order all restaurant to be closed due to covid-19 from 3/15 to 5/31. I explain to them Harbortouch shouldn't charge me during the shut down. I was told that not their fault. Even my landlord very nice enough not to charge me the rent during the shut down because he know this covid-19 affect everybody. Now my restaurant closed for good and i'm stuck with Harbortouch for another 8 months without income. Please don't do with business company. they don't understand the hardship every restaurant going through loosing their business. I was told if i don't pay them they would sent me to collection agency so I credit will be ruin...
