Biggest mistake i made Biggest mistake i made, opting for verifone very unhelpful anf unqualified staff i dont write bad review but im writint this after giving them chances over 12 months in a hope that they will help me after reading this review

Somehow this outfit got my debit card… Somehow this outfit got my debit card details and has charged me for some computer security stuff I never ordered. The website that runs the show pretends to offer support but the pages simply do not show up. They've got my money by scam and I will have to get my bank to put a stop to this. Watch out!!!!

BE AWARE of this company in my view… BE AWARE of this company in my view they are con merchants I was billed out of the blue for £49.95 through PayPal on looking at my cc statement I was unaware I had a recurring payment for the last 3years to 2CO.com for £8.06 tracing the paperwork on PayPal it turned out to be a company called Verifone which linked to another company called RealDefense that has a link to another company iolo.com that goes by the name of System Mechanic a trail of con merchants.

Very poor service and instructions! After four weeks we are still waiting on a workable machine to take payments. The first machine arrived and was not set up correclty so waited again for another. That one turned up with no instructions and just an old second hand machine covered in scratches, received another machine yesterday and still cant get it to work correctly. We were sold a machine that we could scan barcodes and store information on prices on but how you do that i have no clue as the instructions are next to useless and no one seems to be able to help. This evening i have managed to take a payment on the machine however i cant refund it back onto the card as its now asking for passwords which again have no idea what they are as ive not set up any passwords for the machine. We have events all weekend and so it'll be back to using the current sum up and izettle machine which is far more reliable and so far easier to use!

Nidhi jani Was very sceptical about using card machine for business and to pick right product. I called verifone and spoke with nidi Jani amazing lady she went through everything with me. Even after everything was signed nidi kept in communication to make sure all ok. Amazing service from this lady. If ever you need anything make sure this lady is your first point of contact
