GBNidhi jani Was very sceptical about using card machine for business and to pick right product. I called verifone and spoke with nidi Jani amazing lady she went through everything with me. Even after everything was signed nidi kept in communication to make sure all ok. Amazing service from this lady. If ever you need anything make sure this lady is your first point of contact

DEI was previously told to wait 180 days… I was previously told to wait 180 days to get my payout, but still didn't get anything from these Scammers, don't trust them. It's allready more than 180 days gone. Nobody reacts on my messages in bussiness chat.

GBMoney Vampires. Read Verifone UK as well. As a small business owner, and a franchisee, I had to sign up for online payments with Verifone. Found out that they have been sending money to the wrong bank, a completely different bank account (I did send correct details). They refuse to do anything about this. To make it worse, I’ve had to sign a new contract with them for £1680 (plus a percentage of all transactions) over the next 12 months when they know any money collected will be sent to another business. Formal complaint resulted in a series of nasty emails from them confirming that although they acknowledge the money will not go to the correct account, they will continue to send money there, and charge me for doing so. Their are separate pages for Verifone and Verifone UK, but pretty sure they’re the same company- suppose it helps to dilute the poor reviews. I’ve followed all complaints procedures, and I just don’t know what to do now, or who to turn to.

GBVery poor service and instructions! After four weeks we are still waiting on a workable machine to take payments. The first machine arrived and was not set up correclty so waited again for another. That one turned up with no instructions and just an old second hand machine covered in scratches, received another machine yesterday and still cant get it to work correctly. We were sold a machine that we could scan barcodes and store information on prices on but how you do that i have no clue as the instructions are next to useless and no one seems to be able to help. This evening i have managed to take a payment on the machine however i cant refund it back onto the card as its now asking for passwords which again have no idea what they are as ive not set up any passwords for the machine. We have events all weekend and so it'll be back to using the current sum up and izettle machine which is far more reliable and so far easier to use!
