Somehow this outfit got my debit card… Somehow this outfit got my debit card details and has charged me for some computer security stuff I never ordered. The website that runs the show pretends to offer support but the pages simply do not show up. They've got my money by scam and I will have to get my bank to put a stop to this. Watch out!!!!

Very unhelpful sounding customer service Had the same problems on two credit card terminals for more than 6months. One was fixed, one had to be replaced after so many phone calls. Spoke to two of the technical support members regarding this today. Both of them did not sound like they couldn't be bothered. Hope I don't need to speak to them again.

no service- timewasters no service- timewasters they just ignore you after asking for LOADS of info and details and papers and BECOME UNRESPONSIVE COMPLETELY. Only got canned replies; extremely hostile in their replies and after my complaints here THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT! update: proof of their incompetence; their canned reply here was (Please reply to our latest email, in order for the review process to be resumed.) to which I replied already 5 times for over two weeks with no response!!!!!!! update 2: I did not receive anything- all your side became unresponsive - you then CLOSED the account - not truthful or business like. GLAD I LEFT!

Poor service, give wrong information but don’t feel guilty, talk rudely, and any service takes more time. Don’t have any quick service. Service is so poor. Sent wrong form and doesn’t feel guilty. Always give wrong information. Does not need to listen what customers say. Talk like rudely. Told me this service takes maximum 12 days but we will take this more priority but after nine days when I call back again behave like rudely and told me I can call after 10 days. Now it’s already 14 days but I didn’t not get any confirmation mail from them. This is because I have lost so many customers in my shop.

Nidhi jani Was very sceptical about using card machine for business and to pick right product. I called verifone and spoke with nidi Jani amazing lady she went through everything with me. Even after everything was signed nidi kept in communication to make sure all ok. Amazing service from this lady. If ever you need anything make sure this lady is your first point of contact
