Horrible Horrible! Waited over a week before calling to check on my order. I was told Several different stories as to why it hadn’t shipped and then miraculously I received a tracking number while I was on the phone, and was assured it would go out that very day. I waited another day and the item never was received at usps, so I called to get my money back, and the rep kept telling me it had shipped and her tracking information was different than what it showed me! Liars! Buyer save yourself the trouble and spend a few extra bucks elsewhere!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE OUT OF THE GATE I ordered a clock last week and they immediately took the money out of credit card but I have not received a confirmation email or anything. I tried calling them, no answer. I will never use this company again but they just had a cute cheap clock. I work for a government office in constituent services and I know good service, and this is the worst. Actually no stars is more appropriate. I will be contacting credit card company in few days if I do not hear back from them.

Online ordering is a pain Online ordering is a pain. I tried to order a gas can and kept receiving a notice that I had not chosen the correct carrier for shipment. There were no choices for carrier on the website. Hire someone who understands web development please. Decided to buy locally. Lousy experience.

No Real Problems I recently ordered their Black Hat blow mold Christmas decorations and had no problem at all with this order. I called to request information about shipping, (there was no confirmation email with my order) and they told me the delivery date and it was delivered on time. The customer service was a little blunt, but overall they got the job done. Shipping to the mid-atlantic area in 9 days, earlier than the expected date from the shipping option.

Buyer beware! It's been 15 days since my order was confirmed, and I have not received the honey bottles I ordered despite the fact that they were promised in 3-9 business days. Of course, my credit card was billed immediately. I've called the company numerous times but have not gotten an answer. I'm willing to change my review if I hear from the company via email. Sure wish I'd read the reviews prior to ordering!
