GBOnline ordering is a pain Online ordering is a pain. I tried to order a gas can and kept receiving a notice that I had not chosen the correct carrier for shipment. There were no choices for carrier on the website. Hire someone who understands web development please. Decided to buy locally. Lousy experience.

GBOrdered kitchen products that were no longer available in stores Ordered some kitchen products that were not available through normal stores (Target, Lowes, etc.). Shipping a bit on expensive side but total (product + shipping) was less than other sites by a few dollars. Once order was placed, never got an email confirmation so did not know if order was actually processed. Luckily, I took a screen print at the end of the ordering process so I had something. Like others, tried calling but never got an answer. So was never sure if product would show up. And had problems getting back into website. Product did arrive after about 8-10 days and was the correct product and in good shape. Need to improve the website and email confirmation process.

GBOn the 30th of August I ordered a… On the 30th of August I ordered a bottle of Fox Farms Tiger Bloom liquid fertilizer. Nineteen days later!!!! I received 6 rolling plant caddies, even the invoice in the box said plant fertilizer!!! All attempts to reach customer service to get my money back either by phone or email have failed. There is no messaging service associated with the phone number listed under "contact us" the phone just keeps ringing and no one answers it. Will never order anything from them again.

GBMisleading shipping cost Thought i was ordering two 4-pound bags of zinc sulfate for my pecan trees at the quoted shipping cost but instead actually ordered 1 bag and paid the same shipping cost...per bag cost was cheap compared to other vendors on the internet and sealed the deal...however shipping cost was too high thus driving overall cost too high... i should of paid closer attention to what i was doing when ordering...however, i feel misled by HOS and will likely send my business elsewhere in the future...

GBHorrible Horrible! Waited over a week before calling to check on my order. I was told Several different stories as to why it hadn’t shipped and then miraculously I received a tracking number while I was on the phone, and was assured it would go out that very day. I waited another day and the item never was received at usps, so I called to get my money back, and the rep kept telling me it had shipped and her tracking information was different than what it showed me! Liars! Buyer save yourself the trouble and spend a few extra bucks elsewhere!
