Purchased a product with a different seller on Amazon & received it next day. Contacted Corey at HOS Hardware on 6/25 and informed him of this and requested a cancellation of my order & a refund, He was very accommodating & polite and credited my card immediately. I received a refund verification in my email within minutes

Yeesh Yeesh! Ordered Muck Boots from this place to support small business, and they never arrived. Called to inquire and a distracted lady answered and with banging and crashing noises on the other end gave some excuse and promised they'd be there the following Thursday. Following Thursday arrived with no boots. Called many times, sent an email message, all to no avail. Now having my bank reverse the charges and have gotten the boots elsewhere. This place is completely dysfunctional. Avoid like the plague.

They send an email singing they issued a refund but it is never processed. Ended up having to contact credit card company to dispute charge. What a scam!!!

On the 30th of August I ordered a… On the 30th of August I ordered a bottle of Fox Farms Tiger Bloom liquid fertilizer. Nineteen days later!!!! I received 6 rolling plant caddies, even the invoice in the box said plant fertilizer!!! All attempts to reach customer service to get my money back either by phone or email have failed. There is no messaging service associated with the phone number listed under "contact us" the phone just keeps ringing and no one answers it. Will never order anything from them again.

Do not order from this business. I should have read the reviews before i ordered, they didnt send me my entire order and what they did send was thrown in the box without any packaging material so there were broken items too. Two MONTHS later and still no replacement or refund.
