Do NOT order from this site Do NOT order from this site! They charge account immediately but don't ship. When you call, they say order wasn't processed due to computer issues. They send an email singing they issued a refund but it is never processed. Ended up having to contact credit card company to dispute charge. What a scam!!!

Do not order from this business. I should have read the reviews before i ordered, they didnt send me my entire order and what they did send was thrown in the box without any packaging material so there were broken items too. Two MONTHS later and still no replacement or refund.

Thank goodness I have a great credit card company who refunded me as soon as called them. How is it possible for these people to still have such a website online when they are blatantly scamming folks?

Awful customer service This company literally has no customer service with very poor to no communication. They don't answer the phone. They give absolutely no infirmation on shippment of items. Never doing business with them again. I'm not confident enough they will follow through on any problem resolution. And if they did they wouldn't let you know what they're doing. They don't seem to care enough to give information unless asked through email and told about failure to respond to phone and previous emailsand finally a threat to call the BBB, then it's flimsy excuses but no real info.

On the 30th of August I ordered a… On the 30th of August I ordered a bottle of Fox Farms Tiger Bloom liquid fertilizer. Nineteen days later!!!! I received 6 rolling plant caddies, even the invoice in the box said plant fertilizer!!! All attempts to reach customer service to get my money back either by phone or email have failed. There is no messaging service associated with the phone number listed under "contact us" the phone just keeps ringing and no one answers it. Will never order anything from them again.
