Yeesh Yeesh! Ordered Muck Boots from this place to support small business, and they never arrived. Called to inquire and a distracted lady answered and with banging and crashing noises on the other end gave some excuse and promised they'd be there the following Thursday. Following Thursday arrived with no boots. Called many times, sent an email message, all to no avail. Now having my bank reverse the charges and have gotten the boots elsewhere. This place is completely dysfunctional. Avoid like the plague.

Do not order from this business. I should have read the reviews before i ordered, they didnt send me my entire order and what they did send was thrown in the box without any packaging material so there were broken items too. Two MONTHS later and still no replacement or refund.

No Real Problems I recently ordered their Black Hat blow mold Christmas decorations and had no problem at all with this order. I called to request information about shipping, (there was no confirmation email with my order) and they told me the delivery date and it was delivered on time. The customer service was a little blunt, but overall they got the job done. Shipping to the mid-atlantic area in 9 days, earlier than the expected date from the shipping option.

I received 6 rolling plant caddies, even the invoice in the box said plant fertilizer!!! All attempts to reach customer service to get my money back either by phone or email have failed. There is no messaging service associated with the phone number listed under "contact us" the phone just keeps ringing and no one answers it. Will never order anything from them again.
