Ordered 3 pairs of glasses Ordered 3 pairs of glasses for PPE, April 17th, received immediate email confirmation of order and payment from them. It is now May 2, and they will not return emails. No one answers the phone. Glasses have not shown up, they never sent a UPS tracking number, and I am setup to receive UPS and FedEx updates for anything coming to my business address, no such shipment shows in either. Confirmation email says "UPS ground 3-9 business days" Pretty sure a fraud claim to my bank and CC are in order now.

Misleading shipping cost Thought i was ordering two 4-pound bags of zinc sulfate for my pecan trees at the quoted shipping cost but instead actually ordered 1 bag and paid the same shipping cost...per bag cost was cheap compared to other vendors on the internet and sealed the deal...however shipping cost was too high thus driving overall cost too high... i should of paid closer attention to what i was doing when ordering...however, i feel misled by HOS and will likely send my business elsewhere in the future...

We had a little delay in receiving our product but when I called, not only did she check on the order after hours, she was gracious to send it out second day air to get it here faster at no extra charge. Hard working small business being successful with the help of online shopping. I'd buy from them again and recommend them.

Fran was VERY helpful and made every effort to help me with my order. She was willing to be patient with me and so I was in turn, patient with her. She did a wonderful job and I appreciated her efforts very much. It just shows, when you pay kindness forward, it usually comes back in return. She found my order, corrected the problem and followed up to let me know my package was on its way. Ask for Fran - and if she says she's busy, she really is. Be kind, be patient and I promise, she will take great care of you!

Very Bad service Very Bad service, order with the missing item and sub-standard quality supplied. (Replace with lower quality from original order). Took them 2 months to refund and even raise their voice at me during a phone conversation. Accusing me of leaving a bad review and filing a case with Paypal. When none of the telephone number provided is working always on voice mail and emails not replied, what should a customer do? Don't buy from them even they are the cheapest. Not worth it.
