We had a little delay in receiving our product but when I called, not only did she check on the order after hours, she was gracious to send it out second day air to get it here faster at no extra charge. Hard working small business being successful with the help of online shopping. I'd buy from them again and recommend them.

GBOn the 30th of August I ordered a… On the 30th of August I ordered a bottle of Fox Farms Tiger Bloom liquid fertilizer. Nineteen days later!!!! I received 6 rolling plant caddies, even the invoice in the box said plant fertilizer!!! All attempts to reach customer service to get my money back either by phone or email have failed. There is no messaging service associated with the phone number listed under "contact us" the phone just keeps ringing and no one answers it. Will never order anything from them again.

GBOrdered kitchen products that were no longer available in stores Ordered some kitchen products that were not available through normal stores (Target, Lowes, etc.). Shipping a bit on expensive side but total (product + shipping) was less than other sites by a few dollars. Once order was placed, never got an email confirmation so did not know if order was actually processed. Luckily, I took a screen print at the end of the ordering process so I had something. Like others, tried calling but never got an answer. So was never sure if product would show up. And had problems getting back into website. Product did arrive after about 8-10 days and was the correct product and in good shape. Need to improve the website and email confirmation process.

GBI want to give a great review to this… I want to give a great review to this group because they made the effort to correct a mistake and I appreciate it so much. Fran was VERY helpful and made every effort to help me with my order. She was willing to be patient with me and so I was in turn, patient with her. She did a wonderful job and I appreciated her efforts very much. It just shows, when you pay kindness forward, it usually comes back in return. She found my order, corrected the problem and followed up to let me know my package was on its way. Ask for Fran - and if she says she's busy, she really is. Be kind, be patient and I promise, she will take great care of you!

GBOnline ordering is a pain Online ordering is a pain. I tried to order a gas can and kept receiving a notice that I had not chosen the correct carrier for shipment. There were no choices for carrier on the website. Hire someone who understands web development please. Decided to buy locally. Lousy experience.
