GBOn the 30th of August I ordered a… On the 30th of August I ordered a bottle of Fox Farms Tiger Bloom liquid fertilizer. Nineteen days later!!!! I received 6 rolling plant caddies, even the invoice in the box said plant fertilizer!!! All attempts to reach customer service to get my money back either by phone or email have failed. There is no messaging service associated with the phone number listed under "contact us" the phone just keeps ringing and no one answers it. Will never order anything from them again.

GBHorrible Horrible! Waited over a week before calling to check on my order. I was told Several different stories as to why it hadn’t shipped and then miraculously I received a tracking number while I was on the phone, and was assured it would go out that very day. I waited another day and the item never was received at usps, so I called to get my money back, and the rep kept telling me it had shipped and her tracking information was different than what it showed me! Liars! Buyer save yourself the trouble and spend a few extra bucks elsewhere!

GBHorrible Company! Wont answer calls, or emails and haven't received the items ordered and paid for. Disputing Charge with my Credit card Company and reporting to Post Master General for MAIL FRAUD... by the way Mail Fraud is a Felony because of the Interstate Commerce regardless of the amount of money involved. Fraudulent and Deceptive is the best way to describe this company

GBOrdered 3 pairs of glasses Ordered 3 pairs of glasses for PPE, April 17th, received immediate email confirmation of order and payment from them. It is now May 2, and they will not return emails. No one answers the phone. Glasses have not shown up, they never sent a UPS tracking number, and I am setup to receive UPS and FedEx updates for anything coming to my business address, no such shipment shows in either. Confirmation email says "UPS ground 3-9 business days" Pretty sure a fraud claim to my bank and CC are in order now.

GBOnline ordering is a pain Online ordering is a pain. I tried to order a gas can and kept receiving a notice that I had not chosen the correct carrier for shipment. There were no choices for carrier on the website. Hire someone who understands web development please. Decided to buy locally. Lousy experience.
