GBAwful customer service This company literally has no customer service with very poor to no communication. They don't answer the phone. They give absolutely no infirmation on shippment of items. Never doing business with them again. I'm not confident enough they will follow through on any problem resolution. And if they did they wouldn't let you know what they're doing. They don't seem to care enough to give information unless asked through email and told about failure to respond to phone and previous emailsand finally a threat to call the BBB, then it's flimsy excuses but no real info.

GBTERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE OUT OF THE GATE I ordered a clock last week and they immediately took the money out of credit card but I have not received a confirmation email or anything. I tried calling them, no answer. I will never use this company again but they just had a cute cheap clock. I work for a government office in constituent services and I know good service, and this is the worst. Actually no stars is more appropriate. I will be contacting credit card company in few days if I do not hear back from them.

SGVery Bad service Very Bad service, order with the missing item and sub-standard quality supplied. (Replace with lower quality from original order). Took them 2 months to refund and even raise their voice at me during a phone conversation. Accusing me of leaving a bad review and filing a case with Paypal. When none of the telephone number provided is working always on voice mail and emails not replied, what should a customer do? Don't buy from them even they are the cheapest. Not worth it.

GBOrdered a simple garden hose and the… Ordered a simple garden hose and the order was acknowledged by them within minutes. After e.mailing and trying to call weeks later NOTHING nobody responded! Thank goodness I have a great credit card company who refunded me as soon as called them. How is it possible for these people to still have such a website online when they are blatantly scamming folks?

GBOn the 30th of August I ordered a… On the 30th of August I ordered a bottle of Fox Farms Tiger Bloom liquid fertilizer. Nineteen days later!!!! I received 6 rolling plant caddies, even the invoice in the box said plant fertilizer!!! All attempts to reach customer service to get my money back either by phone or email have failed. There is no messaging service associated with the phone number listed under "contact us" the phone just keeps ringing and no one answers it. Will never order anything from them again.
