Ordered kitchen products that were no longer available in stores Ordered some kitchen products that were not available through normal stores (Target, Lowes, etc.). Shipping a bit on expensive side but total (product + shipping) was less than other sites by a few dollars. Once order was placed, never got an email confirmation so did not know if order was actually processed. Luckily, I took a screen print at the end of the ordering process so I had something. Like others, tried calling but never got an answer. So was never sure if product would show up. And had problems getting back into website. Product did arrive after about 8-10 days and was the correct product and in good shape. Need to improve the website and email confirmation process.

Thank goodness I have a great credit card company who refunded me as soon as called them. How is it possible for these people to still have such a website online when they are blatantly scamming folks?

Ordered 3 pairs of glasses Ordered 3 pairs of glasses for PPE, April 17th, received immediate email confirmation of order and payment from them. It is now May 2, and they will not return emails. No one answers the phone. Glasses have not shown up, they never sent a UPS tracking number, and I am setup to receive UPS and FedEx updates for anything coming to my business address, no such shipment shows in either. Confirmation email says "UPS ground 3-9 business days" Pretty sure a fraud claim to my bank and CC are in order now.

I received 6 rolling plant caddies, even the invoice in the box said plant fertilizer!!! All attempts to reach customer service to get my money back either by phone or email have failed. There is no messaging service associated with the phone number listed under "contact us" the phone just keeps ringing and no one answers it. Will never order anything from them again.

Very Bad service Very Bad service, order with the missing item and sub-standard quality supplied. (Replace with lower quality from original order). Took them 2 months to refund and even raise their voice at me during a phone conversation. Accusing me of leaving a bad review and filing a case with Paypal. When none of the telephone number provided is working always on voice mail and emails not replied, what should a customer do? Don't buy from them even they are the cheapest. Not worth it.
