Very Bad service Very Bad service, order with the missing item and sub-standard quality supplied. (Replace with lower quality from original order). Took them 2 months to refund and even raise their voice at me during a phone conversation. Accusing me of leaving a bad review and filing a case with Paypal. When none of the telephone number provided is working always on voice mail and emails not replied, what should a customer do? Don't buy from them even they are the cheapest. Not worth it.

Ordered a simple garden hose and the… Ordered a simple garden hose and the order was acknowledged by them within minutes. After e.mailing and trying to call weeks later NOTHING nobody responded! Thank goodness I have a great credit card company who refunded me as soon as called them. How is it possible for these people to still have such a website online when they are blatantly scamming folks?

Ordered a side container for sink on… Ordered a side container for sink on November 12. Numerous attempts to reach company including calling to wait as phone rang 100 times then disconnected. HUGE RIP OFF ARTISTS. STAY TOTALLY AWAY. LOCATED IN FLORIDA, HMMMMMM NOT SURPRISED CLOSE TO ESCAPE USA WHEN THE SHUTDOWN OCCURS. BAD BAD BAD

Ordered kitchen products that were no longer available in stores Ordered some kitchen products that were not available through normal stores (Target, Lowes, etc.). Shipping a bit on expensive side but total (product + shipping) was less than other sites by a few dollars. Once order was placed, never got an email confirmation so did not know if order was actually processed. Luckily, I took a screen print at the end of the ordering process so I had something. Like others, tried calling but never got an answer. So was never sure if product would show up. And had problems getting back into website. Product did arrive after about 8-10 days and was the correct product and in good shape. Need to improve the website and email confirmation process.

Online ordering is a pain Online ordering is a pain. I tried to order a gas can and kept receiving a notice that I had not chosen the correct carrier for shipment. There were no choices for carrier on the website. Hire someone who understands web development please. Decided to buy locally. Lousy experience.
