GBYeesh Yeesh! Ordered Muck Boots from this place to support small business, and they never arrived. Called to inquire and a distracted lady answered and with banging and crashing noises on the other end gave some excuse and promised they'd be there the following Thursday. Following Thursday arrived with no boots. Called many times, sent an email message, all to no avail. Now having my bank reverse the charges and have gotten the boots elsewhere. This place is completely dysfunctional. Avoid like the plague.

GBHorrible Company! Wont answer calls, or emails and haven't received the items ordered and paid for. Disputing Charge with my Credit card Company and reporting to Post Master General for MAIL FRAUD... by the way Mail Fraud is a Felony because of the Interstate Commerce regardless of the amount of money involved. Fraudulent and Deceptive is the best way to describe this company

GBHorrible Horrible! Waited over a week before calling to check on my order. I was told Several different stories as to why it hadn’t shipped and then miraculously I received a tracking number while I was on the phone, and was assured it would go out that very day. I waited another day and the item never was received at usps, so I called to get my money back, and the rep kept telling me it had shipped and her tracking information was different than what it showed me! Liars! Buyer save yourself the trouble and spend a few extra bucks elsewhere!

GBOn the 30th of August I ordered a… On the 30th of August I ordered a bottle of Fox Farms Tiger Bloom liquid fertilizer. Nineteen days later!!!! I received 6 rolling plant caddies, even the invoice in the box said plant fertilizer!!! All attempts to reach customer service to get my money back either by phone or email have failed. There is no messaging service associated with the phone number listed under "contact us" the phone just keeps ringing and no one answers it. Will never order anything from them again.

SGVery Bad service Very Bad service, order with the missing item and sub-standard quality supplied. (Replace with lower quality from original order). Took them 2 months to refund and even raise their voice at me during a phone conversation. Accusing me of leaving a bad review and filing a case with Paypal. When none of the telephone number provided is working always on voice mail and emails not replied, what should a customer do? Don't buy from them even they are the cheapest. Not worth it.
