GBBuyer beware! It's been 15 days since my order was confirmed, and I have not received the honey bottles I ordered despite the fact that they were promised in 3-9 business days. Of course, my credit card was billed immediately. I've called the company numerous times but have not gotten an answer. I'm willing to change my review if I hear from the company via email. Sure wish I'd read the reviews prior to ordering!

GBOnline ordering is a pain Online ordering is a pain. I tried to order a gas can and kept receiving a notice that I had not chosen the correct carrier for shipment. There were no choices for carrier on the website. Hire someone who understands web development please. Decided to buy locally. Lousy experience.

GBHardware online has some of the most… Hardware online has some of the most beautiful hardware and at low prices. We had a little delay in receiving our product but when I called, not only did she check on the order after hours, she was gracious to send it out second day air to get it here faster at no extra charge. Hard working small business being successful with the help of online shopping. I'd buy from them again and recommend them.

GBHorrible Company! Wont answer calls, or emails and haven't received the items ordered and paid for. Disputing Charge with my Credit card Company and reporting to Post Master General for MAIL FRAUD... by the way Mail Fraud is a Felony because of the Interstate Commerce regardless of the amount of money involved. Fraudulent and Deceptive is the best way to describe this company

GBTERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE OUT OF THE GATE I ordered a clock last week and they immediately took the money out of credit card but I have not received a confirmation email or anything. I tried calling them, no answer. I will never use this company again but they just had a cute cheap clock. I work for a government office in constituent services and I know good service, and this is the worst. Actually no stars is more appropriate. I will be contacting credit card company in few days if I do not hear back from them.
