Horrible Company! Wont answer calls, or emails and haven't received the items ordered and paid for. Disputing Charge with my Credit card Company and reporting to Post Master General for MAIL FRAUD... by the way Mail Fraud is a Felony because of the Interstate Commerce regardless of the amount of money involved. Fraudulent and Deceptive is the best way to describe this company

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE OUT OF THE GATE I ordered a clock last week and they immediately took the money out of credit card but I have not received a confirmation email or anything. I tried calling them, no answer. I will never use this company again but they just had a cute cheap clock. I work for a government office in constituent services and I know good service, and this is the worst. Actually no stars is more appropriate. I will be contacting credit card company in few days if I do not hear back from them.

Do NOT order from this site Do NOT order from this site! They charge account immediately but don't ship. When you call, they say order wasn't processed due to computer issues. They send an email singing they issued a refund but it is never processed. Ended up having to contact credit card company to dispute charge. What a scam!!!

Purchased a pool bonding kit on June 16 Purchased a pool bonding kit on June 16th. Needed to get one sooner to have pool inspected by electrician. Purchased a product with a different seller on Amazon & received it next day. Contacted Corey at HOS Hardware on 6/25 and informed him of this and requested a cancellation of my order & a refund, He was very accommodating & polite and credited my card immediately. I received a refund verification in my email within minutes

Ordered 3 pairs of glasses Ordered 3 pairs of glasses for PPE, April 17th, received immediate email confirmation of order and payment from them. It is now May 2, and they will not return emails. No one answers the phone. Glasses have not shown up, they never sent a UPS tracking number, and I am setup to receive UPS and FedEx updates for anything coming to my business address, no such shipment shows in either. Confirmation email says "UPS ground 3-9 business days" Pretty sure a fraud claim to my bank and CC are in order now.
