TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE OUT OF THE GATE I ordered a clock last week and they immediately took the money out of credit card but I have not received a confirmation email or anything. I tried calling them, no answer. I will never use this company again but they just had a cute cheap clock. I work for a government office in constituent services and I know good service, and this is the worst. Actually no stars is more appropriate. I will be contacting credit card company in few days if I do not hear back from them.

No Real Problems I recently ordered their Black Hat blow mold Christmas decorations and had no problem at all with this order. I called to request information about shipping, (there was no confirmation email with my order) and they told me the delivery date and it was delivered on time. The customer service was a little blunt, but overall they got the job done. Shipping to the mid-atlantic area in 9 days, earlier than the expected date from the shipping option.

They send an email singing they issued a refund but it is never processed. Ended up having to contact credit card company to dispute charge. What a scam!!!

I received 6 rolling plant caddies, even the invoice in the box said plant fertilizer!!! All attempts to reach customer service to get my money back either by phone or email have failed. There is no messaging service associated with the phone number listed under "contact us" the phone just keeps ringing and no one answers it. Will never order anything from them again.

We had a little delay in receiving our product but when I called, not only did she check on the order after hours, she was gracious to send it out second day air to get it here faster at no extra charge. Hard working small business being successful with the help of online shopping. I'd buy from them again and recommend them.
