Yeesh Yeesh! Ordered Muck Boots from this place to support small business, and they never arrived. Called to inquire and a distracted lady answered and with banging and crashing noises on the other end gave some excuse and promised they'd be there the following Thursday. Following Thursday arrived with no boots. Called many times, sent an email message, all to no avail. Now having my bank reverse the charges and have gotten the boots elsewhere. This place is completely dysfunctional. Avoid like the plague.

There were no choices for carrier on the website. Hire someone who understands web development please. Decided to buy locally. Lousy experience.

I received 6 rolling plant caddies, even the invoice in the box said plant fertilizer!!! All attempts to reach customer service to get my money back either by phone or email have failed. There is no messaging service associated with the phone number listed under "contact us" the phone just keeps ringing and no one answers it. Will never order anything from them again.

Do NOT order from this site Do NOT order from this site! They charge account immediately but don't ship. When you call, they say order wasn't processed due to computer issues. They send an email singing they issued a refund but it is never processed. Ended up having to contact credit card company to dispute charge. What a scam!!!

Ordered 3 pairs of glasses Ordered 3 pairs of glasses for PPE, April 17th, received immediate email confirmation of order and payment from them. It is now May 2, and they will not return emails. No one answers the phone. Glasses have not shown up, they never sent a UPS tracking number, and I am setup to receive UPS and FedEx updates for anything coming to my business address, no such shipment shows in either. Confirmation email says "UPS ground 3-9 business days" Pretty sure a fraud claim to my bank and CC are in order now.
