No Real Problems I recently ordered their Black Hat blow mold Christmas decorations and had no problem at all with this order. I called to request information about shipping, (there was no confirmation email with my order) and they told me the delivery date and it was delivered on time. The customer service was a little blunt, but overall they got the job done. Shipping to the mid-atlantic area in 9 days, earlier than the expected date from the shipping option.

I received 6 rolling plant caddies, even the invoice in the box said plant fertilizer!!! All attempts to reach customer service to get my money back either by phone or email have failed. There is no messaging service associated with the phone number listed under "contact us" the phone just keeps ringing and no one answers it. Will never order anything from them again.
