No Real Problems I recently ordered their Black Hat blow mold Christmas decorations and had no problem at all with this order. I called to request information about shipping, (there was no confirmation email with my order) and they told me the delivery date and it was delivered on time. The customer service was a little blunt, but overall they got the job done. Shipping to the mid-atlantic area in 9 days, earlier than the expected date from the shipping option.

Buyer beware! It's been 15 days since my order was confirmed, and I have not received the honey bottles I ordered despite the fact that they were promised in 3-9 business days. Of course, my credit card was billed immediately. I've called the company numerous times but have not gotten an answer. I'm willing to change my review if I hear from the company via email. Sure wish I'd read the reviews prior to ordering!

Misleading shipping cost Thought i was ordering two 4-pound bags of zinc sulfate for my pecan trees at the quoted shipping cost but instead actually ordered 1 bag and paid the same shipping cost...per bag cost was cheap compared to other vendors on the internet and sealed the deal...however shipping cost was too high thus driving overall cost too high... i should of paid closer attention to what i was doing when ordering...however, i feel misled by HOS and will likely send my business elsewhere in the future...

Thank goodness I have a great credit card company who refunded me as soon as called them. How is it possible for these people to still have such a website online when they are blatantly scamming folks?

I received 6 rolling plant caddies, even the invoice in the box said plant fertilizer!!! All attempts to reach customer service to get my money back either by phone or email have failed. There is no messaging service associated with the phone number listed under "contact us" the phone just keeps ringing and no one answers it. Will never order anything from them again.
