GBStarted with One Problem, Ended Up With Another. The technical person took about 45 minutes to solve my problem and then created another problem which lead me to calling Quickbooks technical support. He couldn't explain why my Quickbooks software was having an issue. Something that I thought would take 20 minutes to solve ended up taking 3 hours of my day. I'm a business owner, and I don't have 3 extra hours in a day. At the end of the day, my issues were resolved.

CAProgram NEVER ran properly Program NEVER ran properly. They had to use an outdated server to get the program to install on my computer (brand new pc) but refused to give the updated one I actually purchased, although I have the updated program. Constantly asking for tech support, never receiving any. I have had to chase them to actually perform the support, and after waiting another 2 weeks for them to call and set up service time, they have DELETED my support calls!! THEY HAD NO INTENTION OF FIXING THEIR CRAPPY PROGRAM! I have paid for the tech support I have NOT received. They will NOT reimburse this money. DO NOT USE THIS SYSTEM!!! IT DOES NOT DO WHAT THEY CLAIM IT DOES!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

GBTerrible system Terrible system, constantly freezes and goes down, will not process credit card tips. ACU POS has been working on this for over a month with no solution. 1-2 hour wait for customer support to answer the phone. Save your money and buy another system

CAAlthough the support person was… Although the support person was friendly and pleasant and tried a few things to fix my problem, my problem was not fixed and the work-arounds suggested by him were not practical. This program is more complex than our business requires. I will be sharing my suggestions with Accupos and hopefully the program will become more versatile to a number of business models.

TCThe signature capture is not ideal The signature capture is not ideal. One cannot email a customer a signed copy of what is purchased. Just a signature with a transaction number (which is not the same as the receipt/invoice number). Printing a transaction number and an invoice number on a receipt only causes confusion. They should be the same number. If for whatever reason the IP address changes on the server, a terminal, or a PIPO customer display everything gets complicated and requires a call to support.
