We're big fans of AccuPOS at Cape Cod Beer! We're big fans of AccuPOS at Cape Cod Beer! After years of struggling with another POS system we have FINALLY found something that fits our needs both in our retail operation and our tasting bar. The support folks at AccuPOS are super helpful ( and really nice!).. and they have some excellent integration experts to help sort thru quickbooks stuff when needed. A+ across the board from us! Cheers!

I have two locations with remote… I have two locations with remote access...I pay a large monthly fee to have my two locations connected but there is always an issue ie sending my sales to the main computer or loading inventory to the second location... Getting a service tech typically takes upwards of 20-35 minutes, at which point is is usually 5 minutes to fix it... Very frustrating at so many levels Also the payment processor ap recommend had a fairly high cost but I'm not sure how to change processors and don't have time to I haven't done anything about it but be mad update: I was told by Accupos that somebody would get in touch to resolve this issue....2 weeks ago....still waiting Jim!

Started with One Problem, Ended Up With Another. The technical person took about 45 minutes to solve my problem and then created another problem which lead me to calling Quickbooks technical support. He couldn't explain why my Quickbooks software was having an issue. Something that I thought would take 20 minutes to solve ended up taking 3 hours of my day. I'm a business owner, and I don't have 3 extra hours in a day. At the end of the day, my issues were resolved.

Unwanted Spammers We get at least monthly, sometimes as much as weekly SPAM from this company. When you try to unsubscribe, it just opens up a new browser window with no direction to an unsubscribe page. The only other way is to sit on hold after calling them for who knows how long. We did not sign up for any spam from this company and have already told Intuit that we are angry at them for sharing our info. August 31 2023 - still sending unwanted spam. Has not responded to any attempts to contact them and we are now receiving weekly or bi-weekly spam.

We’ve experienced many random problems… We’ve experienced many random problems since going with Accupos three years ago. These problems still persist. Although the wait times to speak with a support tech are usually lengthy, the techs are personable and sincerely try to address the problems. Issues with splitting checks, tickets disappearing, random charges appearing on a ticket, etc are some of our issues.
