Bazaarvoice will lose Sainsbury/Argos customers Supposedly the review company employed by Sainsbury/Argos in UK. They demand that I turn off my ad-blocker to complete the survey. Sorry I will never do that. As they only want to scrape your review interaction for advertising information. I have complained to Sainsbury/Argos and received the usual rote response. Obviously they do not really want customers to give honest reviews, good or bad. Strange how the Bazaarvoice web site has NO email contact address, in fact couldn't find anything for them on "ceoemail".

its a big fat scam yank AI site… its a big fat scam yank AI site censoring reviews for cash so that all the crooked companies who use these scammers will appear to have all good reviews. I wouldnt touch them or any company that uses them to dupe customers.

Shady... Don't give them your contact details! I never gave this "company" my details, however, after making a purchase from ASDA they shared my contact details with them. I contacted bazaarvoice on their customer care address and asked them to remove my contact details from their system and stop sending me spam. They never got back, and the spam continues. This is just a shady group of people, and if somehow get hold of your details good luck trying to get in touch with them Product review emails ARE a marketing tool, and as such, are banned unless you have explicitly opted-in. Please report any unwanted email messages to the ICO, so that they can ultimately get fined and stop abusing people's contact details. Shameful
