NEGATIVE REVIEWS NOT GETTING THRU I spent time to write a thoughtful, specific 2☆ (negative) review on MAYTAG website. Unfortunately, they use BAZAARVOICE to manage these reviews. I was sent a link to "CONFIRM SUBMISSION" hours later. PROBLEM: THE LINK NEVER CONNECTS! I HAVE TRIED FOR OVER AN HOUR. WHAT A SCAM likely using an algorithm that id's negative reviews. WHAT ELSE ARE WE TO ASSUME? I am sure this is why reviews are showing more positive than they should be. I am, also, sure that if this was a positive review their would be no issues.

Illegal Activity In accordance to the CAN-SPAM ACT; a consumer is legally allowed to be instantly removed from a mailing list. A serves that uses Bazaarvoice.com, has sent me multiple email, and each time I have blocked and selected unsubscribe, and I get an error from there system saying that something went wrong. Please try again later. Yet they still send me emails no matter how many times I try, I tried calling them directly, and they said since I wasn't their 'client' they couldn't do anything about it. Which they are in direct violation of the above law.
