GBThey only post reviews over 2 stars They only post reviews over 2 stars. Do not trust any site that uses them for the demonstration of customer satisfaction.

GBBazaarvoice will lose Sainsbury/Argos customers Supposedly the review company employed by Sainsbury/Argos in UK. They demand that I turn off my ad-blocker to complete the survey. Sorry I will never do that. As they only want to scrape your review interaction for advertising information. I have complained to Sainsbury/Argos and received the usual rote response. Obviously they do not really want customers to give honest reviews, good or bad. Strange how the Bazaarvoice web site has NO email contact address, in fact couldn't find anything for them on "ceoemail".

GBIllegal Activity In accordance to the CAN-SPAM ACT; a consumer is legally allowed to be instantly removed from a mailing list. A serves that uses Bazaarvoice.com, has sent me multiple email, and each time I have blocked and selected unsubscribe, and I get an error from there system saying that something went wrong. Please try again later. Yet they still send me emails no matter how many times I try, I tried calling them directly, and they said since I wasn't their 'client' they couldn't do anything about it. Which they are in direct violation of the above law.

GBNEGATIVE REVIEWS NOT GETTING THRU I spent time to write a thoughtful, specific 2☆ (negative) review on MAYTAG website. Unfortunately, they use BAZAARVOICE to manage these reviews. I was sent a link to "CONFIRM SUBMISSION" hours later. PROBLEM: THE LINK NEVER CONNECTS! I HAVE TRIED FOR OVER AN HOUR. WHAT A SCAM likely using an algorithm that id's negative reviews. WHAT ELSE ARE WE TO ASSUME? I am sure this is why reviews are showing more positive than they should be. I am, also, sure that if this was a positive review their would be no issues.
