I can never get in touch with anyone … I can never get in touch with anyone that can help me. I cancelled this account back in May and find now I have been charged for it the past few months. I received an email back in May acknowledging my cancellation.

OnlyWire is a fraudulent organization OnlyWire is a fraudulent organization. I canceled years ago. Every now and then, they start putting transactions for their service on my credit card again. I dispute it. The transactions are removed. A few years later, they are back at it again. They just did it again today. It shows up as OnlyWire Pro 1000. It is an entirely fraudulent organization. The service is no defunct. Social sites it used to connect to offer their service now reject them and don't permit the connections. They are worthless. The only way they can make money is to get you to sign up and when you cancel, they do this to you. The states attorneys general, FTC, etc., need to investigate them.

No Refunds, Bad pricing Website is very deceptive in their pricing. Their payment page states a 30 day refund is offered but upon trying to request that apparently its only valid if the software doesn't work within the first 30 days which just makes no sense to me. Many better options out there with support that isn't horrible / rude and price differences.

Not working fine for most of the social networks I have tried to post the articles many times and faced many issues. 1. Not all the platforms connected perform fine as even after entering the user name and password it just keeps asking for authentication. 2. LinkedIn Group option shows but does not authenticate. 3. Base page linkedIn and base page facebook works fine but not other. 4. Some of the social networks are already out of use but they are still included in the list whereas many new platforms must have been there by now. 5. I would suggest to include Whatsapp group option to be included in it as well. But looking at the current performance it feels like it was a waste of money so I would not like to go-ahead with renewal as of now but I hope that it would improve and I might come back then.
