Being a "newbie" to trying to use … Being a "newbie" to trying to use Onlywire, I ran into a problem. So I contacted support and was what I can only described as "brushed off" and my question was not answered. So to me, this product is useless and I regret buying it. There is no point in contacting what Onlywire calls "support" because an unskilled {in technology} person like me does not get the help I need.

Absolutely no support from this… Absolutely no support from this company. The platform is not working and not posting at all to Facebook Groups. The posts keep on bouncing. So this platform is not worth it.

*Buyer Beware* Onlywire Scam *Buyer Beware* I paid for an annual subscription, I noticed recently they were charging me monthly as well. When I spoke to customer service they couldn't find my annual payment (I had to take a screenshot and email it to them). Regardless of all this, they will only refund the last payment because of their 30-day refund policy. So, they will only refund one payment for a service I didn't ask for even though they knew I had an annual subscription. I cannot recommend this company, they are dishonest, unprofessional, and disorganized.
