DON'T ORDER FROM ATTITUDE.COM I too should have read reviews prior to ordering. I did receive what I ordered, the monocular X4. It was obviously used showing nicks and abrasions and would not focus and then as trying to focus the darn lens fell off. I called my CC company after getting no response from attitude today.com At the same time I also ordered the Smart Security Camera 2019 it never came. I also entered my order number in their tracking system and it could not find the order. Lessen learned. NEVER buy anything you see advertised on Facebook.

Should not be allowed! Same as everyone else, placed an order for a WiFi camera (which has now been removed from their website) five days ago, got a number and that's it. Messenger has a stupid BOT with three options. Facebook should be made accountable for giving them space! Never been scammed before and purchased this purely based on the fact that FB allowed it space!

After 1 1/2 month i received NOTHING.."Delivery attempt not successful due to Consignee could not be reached" Sent 2 mails,no response even they have myphone number and verified address. Paid by paypal... NEVER AGAIN! Will ask paypal get my money back.

customer service is NON EXISTENT “keep away” Holy cow this company is worthless. Asked for information to return items, they won’t respond, you ask for information on switching anything. They break all contact, I wish I would’ve seen these reviews before WASTING my money on them. Anyone I’ve bought a lot of CRAP before, but DO NOT buy from them. .. they don’t care about CUSTOMERS at all just about getting their pay.

tardiness and lack of communication Ordered a present for my grandson for Christmas in November. I had an email to say it had shipped on 7th December (not exactly speedy) but when I clicked on the tracking number it said ‘invalid’. After reading other reviews, presumed I had been scammed, and eventually purchased another present. Early New Year I did send email asking what had happened, but got no reply. However, today, 18th January, I went to collect another parcel from the Post Office, and they also handed over the one from Attiudetoday, which they said had been there since early New Year. I am glad to get the present, if belated, but still will never use them again due to the stress caused by their tardiness and lack of communication.
