customer service is NON EXISTENT “keep away” Holy cow this company is worthless. Asked for information to return items, they won’t respond, you ask for information on switching anything. They break all contact, I wish I would’ve seen these reviews before WASTING my money on them. Anyone I’ve bought a lot of CRAP before, but DO NOT buy from them. .. they don’t care about CUSTOMERS at all just about getting their pay.

Appears to be fraudulent by lack of response Exciting product ordered. Confirmations of order received and advised 'getting a order ready to be shipped' then nothing. No responses to emails, messages or Facebook posts. If this isn't a scam then it's the worst customer service I can ever remember for online purchasing. I definitely won't be using them again even if the goods I have paid for do turn up. Next step will be to follow this up as fraud.

The whole thing is a con and will be looking to get my money back. If that means engaging lawyers and private detectives so be it. What a let down this product is. It also suffers from astigmatism and chromatic aberration. .

Update. They have now provided proof of delivery so I have to take it up with the post office.. But I didn't get any response until I messaged through another parent group I guess whats mode ltd. Charged in November and not even a confirmation of my order to be found. Messenger bot is no help because of course I have no shipping info. Not one response to emails either other than bot generated form letter explaining how busy they are getting orders out.

I have been in contact with them and seems to be related with them or certainty earnings revenue income from enticing customers to purchase. They are fully aware of the issues of taking monies but not delivering the product but extremely rude and showing a "I don't give a damn' concern. Apocrm@bitmango The product cost $19.99. Small enough so people won't progress but when accumulated a massive income for them. I would very much advise to steer clear of any relationship with this games provider BITMANGO too and pass it on to warn others. Fraudsters.
