So happy & relieved So happy & relieved! I’ve used the services at Service Dog years ago to have my dog trained and received all my products/documents at that time. I have since moved and misplaced all my certification documents. The owner Adam was so awesome and helped me get replacements easily & in a timely manner. This company was superior when I first needed them & still are I was so worried this would be a hassle! Great quality too!

OUTSTANDING customer service We have used this company for years, but their recent response was above and beyond our expectations. We have recently moved from California to Los Cabos, Mexico. Unfortunately, someone lifted my wallet from my purse at the grocery store - with our Service Dog card inside. I visited their website at 8 PM (after calling all the credit card companies, etc.) and they not only responded to my inquiry but made ordering a new card absolutely painless. If you need a card for your service dog, these are absolutely the best people to use! Couldn't give them any higher recommendation!
