Total Appreciation for Attention to Details I appreciate the company calling me to verify the size of the vest that I needed for my dog. The gentleman saw that I stated that my dog was a miniature poodle and realized that more than likely the size that I requested for the vest would probably be to big. I truly appreciated their attention to details and providing that personalized attention. He assured me that if I received the vest and it did not fit my dog properly, that I could return it for one that fitted. That's what great customer service is all about.
