The setup was not intuitive at all past setting up voicemail. The app would freeze on my phone anytime I got to the point to set up voicemail which you have to go through the entire setup process any time you want to make any changes. Using their web portal severely limits your ability to make system changes. **Update** 20 minutes after they didn't respond to chat this last time, and after I left this review, I got a call from one of their techs from Georgia. I politely told him I already changed to Evoice, I would suggest it over Number Ninja.

I have been with Ninja for 8 years by… I have been with Ninja for 8 years by way of voicenation and the day of Thanksgiving, where I get the most calls for donations and video work, all of my numbers stopped working and have disappeared from my dashboard. I called tech support and obtained an answering service and was told it may take 2 to 3 days to get a response and that's not including a holiday weekend. My service is mysteriously gone and I can't get any answers or help while our organization is embarrassed and humiliated by the experience.
