GBOur nonprofit corp contacted… Our nonprofit corp contacted Ninjanumber.com to help with a fund-raising campaign. They allegedly provide free/grant through a program on their website, I followed the instruction by adding a link to Ninjanumber.com on our main page and attached a copy of our IRS 501c3 determinaton letter that proves we are an exempt charity. They sent back a boiler plate "on it like a ninja" email and so far they have been just like ninjas, out of site and nowhere to be found, nothing, no explanation for not contacting us , no phone call, no rejection letter, nothing! Sent another request, more of the same "on it like a ninja". (Edited) Update: After posting this comment, I was contacted by another representive, who apologized for our experience, and offered to give us another chance. (our 2 point application has been sent twice) I'll update after an actual commitment has been made...

GBBest virtual phone number service… Best virtual phone number service around.Has helped my company and the overall communication. As a growing small company, we don't miss a single call. I wish I had found them earlier. Super easy set up and easy management thru the dashboard. Highly recommended!!

GBAll around horrible Can't receive texts, period. The call forwarding works only when it wants to, and call quality is laughable. The price went from $9.95 a month to $13.95, and even after I called in to put in a ticket to cancel service, they promptly ignored me. Would NOT recommend.

GBI'm not even sure how long my toll free… I'm not even sure how long my toll free number has been down. A client informed me yesterday. I logged onto the site and it says I owe $9.95 which I immediately paid. The credit card on file wasn't working as I replaced it a few months ago when it was compromised. All Ninja had to do was send an email or phone call saying my credit card wasn't working and I would have updated it immediately. Instead they turned off a number I've had for 15+ years. Voice Nation was much better.
