HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE Really really horrible customer service. I have never been treated so rude in my life when I did get someone to answer. Then for ongoing support... zero. They won't call you back. They have this attitude that it's all there, just look on the site. The features work intermittently. They told me it would do things it won't so they later retracted. Too late, it's printed on my materials! Wish I'd never signed up.

Tech support eventually ignores you. I have been with ninja or its predecessor company for several years. No problem until recently. Unlike other reviews, I had no problem speaking with tech support, and he (probably just one) was very friendly, and tried to help with my problem. But, after it could not be resolved, he has repeatedly ignored many emails. When a caller connects with my number after 2-3 dial tones, there's often a three to four second pause (white noise) before one more ring and then my outgoing message. Therefore, many callers may hang-up. Avoid this company.

Tech Support is Laughable Their so-called technical support is laughable! After entering two tickets online and calling their tech support number four times, I still got no response. I eventually found a number, which is for their sister company, Voice Nation. I needed to get them to release two toll free numbers to another provider after I chose to leave them after they doubled the monthly cost. I eventually was able to speak with a Voice Nation rep, Marti, who walked my request over to their technical support people. They released one number and I am STILL trying to get the other one done. Parting note, I have been a customer since 2008 when they were Voice Nation. After spinning off to Ninja Number, their support levels declined. Word of advice to Ninja Number, customers have too many options to stay with a company that does not value their customers. Customers do not have to put up with being ignored. Work on improving your customer support. Get a dedicated support line and not an answering service that can only take messages, and respond to your support tickets in a timely manner.

Grossly overpriced, no customer service, constant price increases I'm an 8 yr customer with this service, which went well when it was operated by Voicenation, but acquired by NextPBX/Ninja-Number 2 yrs ago - and service has gone downhill from there. They immediately doubled the price of service (+200% price increase, and then doubled it again the following year 400% and again the year after that to the point I was paying nearly x6 the amount I had 2 yrs prior under Voicenation. Oddly, you call their customer service line (Voicenation had great customer service reps) however, Ninja-number DOES NOT - they have a "message service" were a person takes your info and requests, then forwards it into oblivion - an they won't return any emails. After being ripped off for years for an overpriced service, I canceled when they gave their latest price increase (they will only give you a 2-wk notice - which btw, is a violation of FCC regulations) - yet they STILL charged my account for a canceled service. - Voicenation was a good company - but its affiliate NextPBX/Ninja-Number is running their business into the ground with their greed and lack of CS.

I would give 0 stars if possible The communication here is NON-EXISTENT. My service has been down for weeks; I have called too many times to count, only to encounter the "answering service" that will leave a message for "Tier 2 Support". Which leads to........absolutely nothing. Just being ignored. E-mails produce the same result. I was a VoiceNation customer who was brought over to this service (and I still have another account with VoiceNation), so I called them and begged for help. They told me that NinjaNumber is a "sister company" and all they could do was leave a message for "Tier 2 Support" to contact me. Well I know how that goes. They are beyond horrible.
