GBI would give 0 stars if possible The communication here is NON-EXISTENT. My service has been down for weeks; I have called too many times to count, only to encounter the "answering service" that will leave a message for "Tier 2 Support". Which leads to........absolutely nothing. Just being ignored. E-mails produce the same result. I was a VoiceNation customer who was brought over to this service (and I still have another account with VoiceNation), so I called them and begged for help. They told me that NinjaNumber is a "sister company" and all they could do was leave a message for "Tier 2 Support" to contact me. Well I know how that goes. They are beyond horrible.

GBBest virtual phone number service… Best virtual phone number service around.Has helped my company and the overall communication. As a growing small company, we don't miss a single call. I wish I had found them earlier. Super easy set up and easy management thru the dashboard. Highly recommended!!

GBLaura helped me with an issue I am…Which she took care of it very swiftly and succinctly! Laura helped me with an issue I am having with my new Ninja Blender. I have NEVER experienced such excellent customer service in my life!!! Please pat her on the back for me.

GBI'm not even sure how long my toll free… I'm not even sure how long my toll free number has been down. A client informed me yesterday. I logged onto the site and it says I owe $9.95 which I immediately paid. The credit card on file wasn't working as I replaced it a few months ago when it was compromised. All Ninja had to do was send an email or phone call saying my credit card wasn't working and I would have updated it immediately. Instead they turned off a number I've had for 15+ years. Voice Nation was much better.

GBTech Support is Laughable Their so-called technical support is laughable! After entering two tickets online and calling their tech support number four times, I still got no response. I eventually found a number, which is for their sister company, Voice Nation. I needed to get them to release two toll free numbers to another provider after I chose to leave them after they doubled the monthly cost. I eventually was able to speak with a Voice Nation rep, Marti, who walked my request over to their technical support people. They released one number and I am STILL trying to get the other one done. Parting note, I have been a customer since 2008 when they were Voice Nation. After spinning off to Ninja Number, their support levels declined. Word of advice to Ninja Number, customers have too many options to stay with a company that does not value their customers. Customers do not have to put up with being ignored. Work on improving your customer support. Get a dedicated support line and not an answering service that can only take messages, and respond to your support tickets in a timely manner.
