The number no longer shows up when I log into my account. Complained today but still no fix. I would not recommend this service to anyone that values reliability.

GBI have been with Ninja for 8 years by… I have been with Ninja for 8 years by way of voicenation and the day of Thanksgiving, where I get the most calls for donations and video work, all of my numbers stopped working and have disappeared from my dashboard. I called tech support and obtained an answering service and was told it may take 2 to 3 days to get a response and that's not including a holiday weekend. My service is mysteriously gone and I can't get any answers or help while our organization is embarrassed and humiliated by the experience.
