I have been with Ninja for 8 years by… I have been with Ninja for 8 years by way of voicenation and the day of Thanksgiving, where I get the most calls for donations and video work, all of my numbers stopped working and have disappeared from my dashboard. I called tech support and obtained an answering service and was told it may take 2 to 3 days to get a response and that's not including a holiday weekend. My service is mysteriously gone and I can't get any answers or help while our organization is embarrassed and humiliated by the experience.

Poor customer service - Nonexistent! I have left several messages with answering service that opens a support ticket and escalates my request for sales person to call and noone ever calls! I have opened several support tickets online since Oct and no response. Now I cannot even open a support ticket online! I've been a customer of Voice Nation since the early days and had the best customer service experience. Since my voicemail only account become part of NinjaNumber, the service has become non existent and noone seems to want my business or even care. The sad thing is NinjaNumber is located in the same office suite as VoiceNation and are sister companies, yet the service is so poor, I don't see how they are still in business. Time to move to another voicemail service pronto!
