The most terrible company The most terrible company. I ordered GoDaddy Poynt Smart Terminal and on the website says 2 day free shipping BUT I still didn't get it after 3 days so I called to customer service (they made me wait 30 mins to check it) and they don't even know if it was shipped or no. NEVER HAD THIS KIND OF TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

The worst company ever The worst company ever. Do not sign up with these people. There is no customer service. They use GoDaddy as a way to sucker you in. You will not get back any money that you process through them. They keep your money and there is no one to contact, at all.

I did biggest mistake of my life I did biggest mistake of my life I signuped from godaddy payments they terminated my account with any reason and said will refund all funds to customers within 1 business day 1month has been passed no response. Everytime i contact poynt they said they dont have any information about it and asks me to contact GoDaddy payments , GoDaddy payments are blind deafs they never reply email neither any update on call.
