Absolutely the WORST decision! Absolutely the WORST decision I made when opening my business. I got caught up in the "GoDaddy" name and regret not understanding enough about possible issues. AMAZING how limited is the reporting! Updating the terminal doesn't take. You have to delete an item and reenter rather than just trying to edit the one that already exists. YOU CAN'T RUN A REPORT TO EXPORT CLIENTS TO A LIST! The lack of a cohesive report to show products sold is ridiculous! You can't run a report to show SKU's sold! AVOID THIS PRODUCT LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Worse terminal ever Worse terminal ever, worst customer service ever, signed up with three companies, one sold me the thing, an other processes transaction and a third holds the lease. It's a great was to avoid any responsibility. Signed into a 5 year lease with problems all the time.

I ordered GoDaddy Poynt Smart Terminal and on the website says 2 day free shipping BUT I still didn't get it after 3 days so I called to customer service (they made me wait 30 mins to check it) and they don't even know if it was shipped or no. NEVER HAD THIS KIND OF TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Great outlook Great outlook, great customer service also. The only disadvantage is that it's a bit slow with certain cards, I've cancelled more than 3 times transactions because it takes too long waiting for some kind of authorization.
