I did biggest mistake of my life I did biggest mistake of my life I signuped from godaddy payments they terminated my account with any reason and said will refund all funds to customers within 1 business day 1month has been passed no response. Everytime i contact poynt they said they dont have any information about it and asks me to contact GoDaddy payments , GoDaddy payments are blind deafs they never reply email neither any update on call.

Absolutely the WORST decision! Absolutely the WORST decision I made when opening my business. I got caught up in the "GoDaddy" name and regret not understanding enough about possible issues. AMAZING how limited is the reporting! Updating the terminal doesn't take. You have to delete an item and reenter rather than just trying to edit the one that already exists. YOU CAN'T RUN A REPORT TO EXPORT CLIENTS TO A LIST! The lack of a cohesive report to show products sold is ridiculous! You can't run a report to show SKU's sold! AVOID THIS PRODUCT LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I've had nothing but issues with the… I've had nothing but issues with the new terminal that I was basically forced to upgrade to. Spent hours a day on the phone with customer service that seem to have no idea what a Multi-Mid terminal is suppose to do. I've been "accidentally" hung up on multiple times by customer service who I believe just didn't want to deal with the issue.

Thank you Andrene! I could not figure out how to connect my Poynt terminal. It was giving me error codes and I would not have figured out how to get everything connected without the help of Andrene B. She even called me back to ensure that I had everything up and running. I couldn't be happier!
