Сustomer support answers in a few days and the answers are useless! Finally, they promised to send me my money back within 5 business days WITHOUT ANY REASONS OR EXPLANATIONS. Never use their payment method Made a transaction via Triple-a on Farfetch (USDT) The transaction went successfully on their deposit, however, Farfetch didn't proceed with it. Thanks to the support I got my money back, but still avoid using it at all costs.
