The terrible service The terrible service! Do not use it! Probably this platform trade the customer's funds illegally. They blocked my payment for more than 10 days and do not send it back. Сustomer support answers in a few days and the answers are useless! Finally, they promised to send me my money back within 5 business days WITHOUT ANY REASONS OR EXPLANATIONS. (I have the screenshots). Why I should wait one week more?!! Triple-a uses my urgent payment as a free credit for themselves! Be aware of this scam!

Triple A Trash went way downhill Triple A trash service use to be good. Now there's new owners...they don't have a clue..in about a year they've not picked up our trash 7 times. That's unacceptable. It took about 8 months to get a cart. The staff in the office can never answer any of your questions. They don't return calls. They aren't professional. The driver's do whatever they want or what they don't want to do. Thursday they didn't pick up our trash for the second week. They said it was to dangerous to come down our road. It's too muddy. That's the biggest lie. It wasn't muddy at all. There's no consequences for any of the staff. There's no contact numbers for management. The girl that answered the phone Friday was rude and lied said I verbally assaulted her. I said no I didn't. I'm not cussing you or calling you names. I'm mad because I pay good money for a half ass service. I was yelling because for one the lie about our road, two she wouldn't listen just kept talking over me, and because its been 7 or 8 weeks no trash service....they don't make the driver's follow rules. When they don't get your trash you wait until next week. That's ridiculous because animals get in it I have to pick up that mess. They just don't care. I would not recommend them to anyone.You can not depend on them to pick up your trash and that's what I pay them for..

Disgusting payment service. To purchase goods on one of the sites, this payment service was used. The payment was immediately blocked and did not reach the store. The payment service requested proof of identity, which was sent to them immediately, immediately. It has been 4 days since the purchase, the money has not been returned, the answer is vague, as if they are trying to solve my problem. There is nothing to solve there, they received the money and did not return it. I do not recommend using this payment service, you will just lose your money.
