GBTriple A Trash went way downhill Triple A trash service use to be good. Now there's new owners...they don't have a clue..in about a year they've not picked up our trash 7 times. That's unacceptable. It took about 8 months to get a cart. The staff in the office can never answer any of your questions. They don't return calls. They aren't professional. The driver's do whatever they want or what they don't want to do. Thursday they didn't pick up our trash for the second week. They said it was to dangerous to come down our road. It's too muddy. That's the biggest lie. It wasn't muddy at all. There's no consequences for any of the staff. There's no contact numbers for management. The girl that answered the phone Friday was rude and lied said I verbally assaulted her. I said no I didn't. I'm not cussing you or calling you names. I'm mad because I pay good money for a half ass service. I was yelling because for one the lie about our road, two she wouldn't listen just kept talking over me, and because its been 7 or 8 weeks no trash service....they don't make the driver's follow rules. When they don't get your trash you wait until next week. That's ridiculous because animals get in it I have to pick up that mess. They just don't care. I would not recommend them to anyone.You can not depend on them to pick up your trash and that's what I pay them for..

DEthey scammed me with a tiny ugly… they scammed me with a tiny ugly transaction of 48 usd and did not refunded if any site used their payment gateway avoid them and use another payment option

GBTriple A £200 refused refund I made the mistake of using This payment method on Farfetch twice. First time costing £387 Bitcoin which was later refunded back to me after days of having to manually contact support. Thinking it was the issue of using Bitcoin I decided to choose the USDT ERC20 option but mistakenly I sent DAI ERC20. Both being eth origins meaning they go to same wallet and show same amount. I contact support and explain the situation and after 5 Days i get a simple response stating " Hi, I apologize for the delay. Regrettably, upon checking our records, it appears that you have submitted a non-supported cryptocurrency, and, as a result, we are unable to process the refund." I immediately respond questioning why i should be left out of £200 for a mistake that can easily be fixed. And till Now there has been no response. Never use this payment method unless you enjoy waiting days for simple unhelpful responses
