Triple A £200 refused refund I made the mistake of using This payment method on Farfetch twice. First time costing £387 Bitcoin which was later refunded back to me after days of having to manually contact support. Thinking it was the issue of using Bitcoin I decided to choose the USDT ERC20 option but mistakenly I sent DAI ERC20. Both being eth origins meaning they go to same wallet and show same amount. I contact support and explain the situation and after 5 Days i get a simple response stating " Hi, I apologize for the delay. Regrettably, upon checking our records, it appears that you have submitted a non-supported cryptocurrency, and, as a result, we are unable to process the refund." I immediately respond questioning why i should be left out of £200 for a mistake that can easily be fixed. And till Now there has been no response. Never use this payment method unless you enjoy waiting days for simple unhelpful responses
