Support simply try to blame it on the customer by copy-pasting a message about different ways to improve the site, but everything has been optimized and tested. All the recommended speed testing tools clearly show that the server is the problem and not the actual site. I eventually switched hosting and saw an instant improvement. Avoid at all cost!

This place has slid waaaaay downhill… This place has slid waaaaay downhill over time. They used to be responsive and helpful. Now they are hard to find and rude. Look somewhere else for your hosting.

Server gone down and they lost all my data Server gone down and they lost all my data. They uploaded a backup they had from 2016 which lost all my data. When you call then no one can help you out. All they say is "I can only apologise" and actually do nothing. The servers themselves are very slow, we were on the fastest one Dynamo but still simple sites took forever to load.

ZERO STARS is what a hosting service… ZERO STARS is what a hosting service deserves when they eliminate a CRITICAL feature without ANY customer notice before or after! November 2022 Webhostinghub eliminated SendMail a/k/a #!/usr/bin/perl which is WIDELY used to process website forms. Been using it for 20+ years on order pages on my biz websites. Webhostinghub action caused me UNKNOWN $$$$ in website orders I NEVER received for over 2 months until I discovered what they did and they admitted it.
