Don't ever let this company get your credit card. This company gets your credit card, and then the ONLY way to stop them from charging your card for items you do not want - is to CANCEL YOUR CARD. They charge your card randomly, then say, "Sorry, no refunds." How is this even legal?

Do not go there Do not go there. It is a nightmare to cancel your subscription. Very bad experience. You have to cancel by e-mail and you do not receive any news except every year the renewal bill !!!!

This place has slid waaaaay downhill… This place has slid waaaaay downhill over time. They used to be responsive and helpful. Now they are hard to find and rude. Look somewhere else for your hosting.

Their server crashed and no… Their server crashed and no communication was sent to their clients. They restored a very old version of my website. I have been paying for their back up service. When I queried why they restored such an old version I was told they had stopped backing up my website as the size was now bigger than the max size in my back up plan. They never advised me of this and now all my recent data and new website is lost.

Horrible experience Horrible experience! I purchased unlimited web hosting for over 8 years and when I finally setup a site to host family pictures they demanded the site was not for backups and everything would be deleted because I was using a couple gig of my 'unlimited' space. If a host can't be used to serve web pages then what good is it??? The IT systems department has no clue how to retain profitable customers or run a business. Their customer service seems to be just bunch of randomly generated aliases and you can never get anyone on the phone or to call you back. Don't build your company on this site, they will just rip you off as soon as you need it.
