All they say is "I can only apologise" and actually do nothing. The servers themselves are very slow, we were on the fastest one Dynamo but still simple sites took forever to load.

Don't ever let this company get your credit card. This company gets your credit card, and then the ONLY way to stop them from charging your card for items you do not want - is to CANCEL YOUR CARD. They charge your card randomly, then say, "Sorry, no refunds." How is this even legal?

This place has slid waaaaay downhill… This place has slid waaaaay downhill over time. They used to be responsive and helpful. Now they are hard to find and rude. Look somewhere else for your hosting.
