ESBe wary of their bait and switch… Be wary of their bait and switch tactics. When you create your account you will see many available phone numbers to purchase. Upon making a payment, thousands of them disappear. I opened 2 accounts, on my paid account I see no availability, on my unpaid account I see many available numbers for the exact same query.

CATruth is we chose plivo for its … Truth is we chose plivo for its competitive pricing. Soon enough we paid for our mistake :( SMS failures one after another... Outages, failures and timeout are quite common. Even when the "system" is up and running, our end users complained a lot about not receiving the sms... Whenever we reached out to Plivo they gave us a typical response from their support team: "we checked with our provider and SMS was successfully sent." always blaming end users' phones for dropping the messages... EVERY SINGLE TIME!!

GBScam and waste of time and money Scam and waste of time and money. Spoke to customer service and described use case and volume. They gave me competitive pricing and said sign up for account. Signed up and got auto denied due to some BS “risk asesmemt”. Seems They are just collecting business emails for spam because they are auto denying everyone. We are a US company, 10+ years old, using SMS for internal notifications and NO marketing. Used Twilio for years. What kind of “risk assessment” are they conducting when you sign up with just email? For sure this is a phishing scam and needs to be avoided

THThis company “fired” us after many… This company “fired” us after many years of partnership, simply because they didn’t like that we were getting too many incoming calls on our phone number that we registered with them. This sudden stop of service caused thousands of dollars in damages (since we used other services from them).

INBad Very Very Very Bad Experience. Bad Very Very Very Bad Experience. This is a Scam on their Pricing Part. Very Hideous and full of surprises. Well on their Pricing Page I have seen a Certain pricing for Domestic. And inside my account they are charging me based on International rates. Now when I reached support regarding that, no reply from 2 days. We already spent a lot of money integrating with Plivo Services. Kind of stuck for now. But They Suck. Also I would like to add: I have been told for 2 days to setup DLT and Registration PE Identity etc. But they are not listening that I am already a registered DLT and using SMS services in India for a long time, and their console is not letting me add my Sender ID and PE Identity. I have been using MSG91 for sometime, quite reliable. Remember before buying cheap is not always the best. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
