Worth Every Penny I've been using Yayimages for a year now and it is a get go tool for all my blogging needs. I also write a nature-based local area guide and it can be hard to find good photos of some of the things we write about. Since getting this, I've found all the photos I needed for my articles. I do prefer taking my own photos, but finding quality stock photos helps save time and money, which I seem to be short of these days. Great value, excellent selection, and I appreciate the different search options to help me find exactly what it is I'm looking for.

Think twice before you join yayimages as a contributor. Recently, they rejected all my uploaded photos -which were accepted by other 8 stock companies- in the same reason "Limited Commercial Value". It's convenient huh. When I asked them to close my account and delete all my assets, they refused to pay my unpaid Earnings. Think twice before you join them, contributors.

Account was deleted and they resolved quickly I'm extremely confused. I've made several attempts on why my account was deleted after I paid for the plan? I would've handle it another way but no one from their company will respond to several of my email request on why I don't have access to something I paid for. I was able to download one image and attempted to logon the next day and it indicated that my account "does not exist". I have receipt the money was drafted from my business account. Please make this right Yayimages. Update: 3/31/2022 Yay Images responded quickly to this review and fix the error on their end. Overall the images are okay. But I absolutely love the vectors and collection of videos!

Quality images on an easy to use platform In a few weeks, I will have been using Yay Images for a year. Who knew what 2020 would be like, and that there would be even more uses for the quality images that Yay Images provides? I've used them for Zoom backgrounds, website images, and more. Yay Images' library makes the right images easy to find in every category I've searched, provides a safe search filter, and even lets you drag and drop an image you have to find similar images! Recommended.

I only want what I have paid for, that is a Life Time Deal I’ve been an active AppSumo LifeTimeDeal Hunter for years. 26th of Now 2020, I purchased the Yay Image LTD – LifeTimeDeal. I redeemed the product the same day – as I always do with every purchase on App sumo. Just saying – I’ve purchased quite many LTD’s, am an experienced Sumoling 😊 When logging in to my Yay images in Dec 2023 – I realize that my Yay-Images account subscription plan is down on a FREE TIER + it stated that ”You do not have any active subscriptions”. You can get the FREE TIER Yay Images at AppSumo at the moment. However, this makes me upset. Of course, it prompts me to contact Yay support and ask them to fix the issue and upgrade my subscription to what I have paid for.After a while they responded, but they are questioning if I really redeemed my AppSumo Yay Images LTD in time. Which I obviously have done. I sent them screenshots to verify that I redeemed the product the same day I purchased it. Yay Image support continues though to questioning my honesty. Why? I do not understand why… They could just give me access to what I have paid for, no problem, or?I also took screenshots of the Yay Images LTD on AppSumo – the deal was still there but not available. However, when I am logging in to AppSumo the other day – that page is gone: ”404 - Weird, we could not find that page” Because of what I have described above, I give Yay Images only two stars. I cannot understand why they are not caring for their customer? Why are they not generous enough to meet me with a positive solution? They seem to not be aware of the advantages of happy customers and a supporting community. Sorry to say, I do not recommend them.This review is a consequence of poor customer treatment. /Yay 😊
