Horrible service. Horrible service. I got tricked into trying a FREE trial. Ended up with them trying to charge my credit card even though I had removed it from the platform. There's no way to actually close or change your subscription. My bank actually had to close down the card since they kept trying to bill me for a service I didn't want and I had no way to refuse.

I only want what I have paid for, that is a Life Time Deal I’ve been an active AppSumo LifeTimeDeal Hunter for years. 26th of Now 2020, I purchased the Yay Image LTD – LifeTimeDeal. I redeemed the product the same day – as I always do with every purchase on App sumo. Just saying – I’ve purchased quite many LTD’s, am an experienced Sumoling 😊 When logging in to my Yay images in Dec 2023 – I realize that my Yay-Images account subscription plan is down on a FREE TIER + it stated that ”You do not have any active subscriptions”. You can get the FREE TIER Yay Images at AppSumo at the moment. However, this makes me upset. Of course, it prompts me to contact Yay support and ask them to fix the issue and upgrade my subscription to what I have paid for.After a while they responded, but they are questioning if I really redeemed my AppSumo Yay Images LTD in time. Which I obviously have done. I sent them screenshots to verify that I redeemed the product the same day I purchased it. Yay Image support continues though to questioning my honesty. Why? I do not understand why… They could just give me access to what I have paid for, no problem, or?I also took screenshots of the Yay Images LTD on AppSumo – the deal was still there but not available. However, when I am logging in to AppSumo the other day – that page is gone: ”404 - Weird, we could not find that page” Because of what I have described above, I give Yay Images only two stars. I cannot understand why they are not caring for their customer? Why are they not generous enough to meet me with a positive solution? They seem to not be aware of the advantages of happy customers and a supporting community. Sorry to say, I do not recommend them.This review is a consequence of poor customer treatment. /Yay 😊

Small technical consulting business We run a small consulting business, and need weekly newsletters, LinkedIn and FB posts with original and helpful content that doesn't break the bank to purchase. We have used some other paid resources for trial images, but decided to purchase YayImages because: 1. It provides a good selection of vectors and photos 2. Easily searchable 3. Can download graphics in the size we need OR EPS if required on the same one credit 4. Now has Video (200K+) as we shift to more engaging content 5. Fast loading and easy to use...the UI is easy to navigate for novices like our internal team. Excellent selection at cost that is affordable for the small shop like us.

Excellent selection of high quality… Excellent selection of high quality photos, graphics and images at a sensible price point. I've been using YAY images mostly for web design projects, and they always have the right photos for the industry or category to match the website. OK the image browser on the website isn't as slick as some of the big name stock photo libraries out there but when you compare the prices YAY Images is really hard to beat.

Account was deleted and they resolved quickly I'm extremely confused. I've made several attempts on why my account was deleted after I paid for the plan? I would've handle it another way but no one from their company will respond to several of my email request on why I don't have access to something I paid for. I was able to download one image and attempted to logon the next day and it indicated that my account "does not exist". I have receipt the money was drafted from my business account. Please make this right Yayimages. Update: 3/31/2022 Yay Images responded quickly to this review and fix the error on their end. Overall the images are okay. But I absolutely love the vectors and collection of videos!
