Terrible Customer Service I purchased this as a year membership in August 2021 as part of the PiktoChart and Yayimages partnership. Since the membership was renewed, I haven't been able to access the account at all. I've attempted to contact customer support through both PiktoChart and Yayimages for three months now, and PiktoChart says I need to contact Yayimages, and Yayimages hasn't gotten back to me at all. Update to my review from two days ago. I sent in multiple requests (in which the email was correctly spelled) since the renewal date that asked to be contacted, and the request also included a callback number. I am now being contacted only after leaving a review and submitting a claim with my bank.

Need an Image - Check Out Yay Images Yay images offers millions of images (vectors and photos)- and what's more important - a flexible, yet strong search engine to find what you are looking for. You can add filters to help refine your search. The images come in different sizes and can be downloaded at no charge. Reasonable prices for single downloads and subscriptions. I use their images for my blogs, websites and print publications. Very satisfied.

Account was deleted and they resolved quickly I'm extremely confused. I've made several attempts on why my account was deleted after I paid for the plan? I would've handle it another way but no one from their company will respond to several of my email request on why I don't have access to something I paid for. I was able to download one image and attempted to logon the next day and it indicated that my account "does not exist". I have receipt the money was drafted from my business account. Please make this right Yayimages. Update: 3/31/2022 Yay Images responded quickly to this review and fix the error on their end. Overall the images are okay. But I absolutely love the vectors and collection of videos!

The real benefit of Yay I see a lot of negative reviews but as a heavy user of this service, I will say this. This is the only service that is providing EXTENDED LICENSE at an affordable price. All other services will require you ridiculous price on extended use. If you want to print on T-shirt, create a card, a calendar, etc. Other services are good for images for blogs, etc... but not for business purposes. I do need Yay to survive, or other services to follow Yay, in terms of offering reasonable options for extended license.

Finally! An affordable option. Until YAY Images, I was limited to overpriced options for my stock still images and videos. I love their wide selection and more reasonable pricing options. If you need stock images and videos that won’t require you to break open that last resort piggy bank, Yay Images is a great option!
