First time buyer We'll as being a first time buyer, I was surfing the net looking for video and photography lighting and I came across your site, and I watched the short commercials on Youtube, and that really impressed me because the lights were dimmable, which gives you more quality and control on the output of light which will give you a better look. Wrong product - wrong price - late delivery - no support = theft I bought light filters and I'm focused on thickness and flexibility. Alzo provided wrong information or bad product. I paid 50$ for 5days delivery at home, I waited for more than 10 days and had issue to pick-up parcel at post-office. I had to pay extra 20$ for customs. No support provided by Alzo. No possibility to send back product and be refund. This is theft !
