First time buyer We'll as being a first time buyer, I was surfing the net looking for video and photography lighting and I came across your site, and I watched the short commercials on Youtube, and that really impressed me because the lights were dimmable, which gives you more quality and control on the output of light which will give you a better look. I was also impressed with the prompt delivery, the packages were packed well, and now I have what I need to shoot good footage with the best lighting possible, Thanks so much Alzodigital!!! Don

Simple but right I was looking for a simple set of cable connects, but they had to be just right. They were just what I was looking for.

Good but inconsisten products I've bought several fixtures and bulbs and the color variance is a bit more than I'd like. You can't mix and match different systems since they just don't match very we'll. They absolutely don't match other brands. The 3200k bulbs from alzo are considerably warmer than other brands. They explain why if you ask, but their could do more to be up front about it.

I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I made an order from Canada and I wanted the products to be shipped in USA. I know i was charge because i paid with my credit card but the products was not delivered because i paid with the card from Canada and they think was a scam. I made a lot of orders at other companies from USA exactly the same and i never had this problem. ALZO should give an email with this problem and i would reply to this. I wanted to track my package but there is no option like that on the website. IF YOU TAKE MY MONEY THAN THE PACKAGE HAS TO BE DELIVERED. YOU NEVER HEARD ABOUT GIFTS? They will cheat you They don't send what they sell but have to to pay both selling and return shipping
