Wrong product - wrong price - late delivery - no support = theft I bought light filters and I'm focused on thickness and flexibility. Alzo provided wrong information or bad product. I paid 50$ for 5days delivery at home, I waited for more than 10 days and had issue to pick-up parcel at post-office. I had to pay extra 20$ for customs. No support provided by Alzo. No possibility to send back product and be refund. This is theft !

Good but inconsisten products I've bought several fixtures and bulbs and the color variance is a bit more than I'd like. You can't mix and match different systems since they just don't match very we'll. They absolutely don't match other brands. The 3200k bulbs from alzo are considerably warmer than other brands. They explain why if you ask, but their could do more to be up front about it.

I have purchased lights, stands, tripods, and various items useful for my video business over the past couple of years from Alzo and have never been disappointed - er, maybe once but they handled the matter perfectly. This is a business I now trust and will continue to shop at and recommend. Their prices are competitive and the quality/value is excellent.

Great Service and Great Products I ordered the Flip-Flash bracket/Umbrella kit and since using it at a couple of weddings and other events, it is here to stay in my bag. Alzodigital has created a tremendous product and makes going from horizontal or vertical a snap. Add you favorite speedlight and modifier, or use the umbrella, and you get an easy way to work in fast moving events. I had one of the old "flip flash" brackets and used it once as it was WAY too much trouble in fast shooting situations. Not with this one! Alzo's shipping and service is great. They ship fast and free on larger orders. And their products are true pro quality, which is important as a wedding and portrait professional.
