FRWrong product - wrong price - late delivery - no support = theft I bought light filters and I'm focused on thickness and flexibility. Alzo provided wrong information or bad product. I paid 50$ for 5days delivery at home, I waited for more than 10 days and had issue to pick-up parcel at post-office. I had to pay extra 20$ for customs. No support provided by Alzo. No possibility to send back product and be refund. This is theft !

CAI AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I made an order from Canada and I wanted the products to be shipped in USA. I know i was charge because i paid with my credit card but the products was not delivered because i paid with the card from Canada and they think was a scam. I made a lot of orders at other companies from USA exactly the same and i never had this problem. ALZO should give an email with this problem and i would reply to this. I wanted to track my package but there is no option like that on the website. IF YOU TAKE MY MONEY THAN THE PACKAGE HAS TO BE DELIVERED. YOU NEVER HEARD ABOUT GIFTS? YOU TOLD ME SOMEONE CALLED ME FROM YOUR COMPANY BUT I NEVER RECEIVE ANY CALL FROM YOU. IF YOU DIDN'T REACH ME THAN YOU SHOULD SENT TO ME ONE EMAIL. OR YOU GUYS DON"T HAVE INTERNET?

GBGreat Product! Great Service! Couldn't have asked for a better video/photo light. They were quick to ship out as well. Was expecting to wait a while since the product was so popular but they arrived much earlier. Thanks for the early surprise. Will definitely order another set.
