Very nice, quick and thorough responses They're very nice and quick to respond to e-mails with thorough information. It just take too longo to receive the products sometimes (15 days on non holiday season).

Never received product I ordered from this company twice with no issue but on the third time, the product never arrived. When I emailed them to track the shipment, they sent a tracking code that showed it was delivered to a locker by the carrier yet I never received a code to open the locker. The product has been sitting in this locker for over three weeks in freezing weather with no way for me to access it. Green Gruff has not been helpful aside from providing the tracking number, no offer to contact the carrier on my behalf, send a refund or replace the product. I expect better customer service with their expensive products, and at the very minimum, a solution to help rectify the issue. I will not be ordering from them again, which is too bad because I was planning to order the $45 product for my dog once a month until this negative experience.

Greengruff is grrrrrrrreeeaaattt!! Greengruff is grrrrrrrreeeaaattt!!! My dogs love it and it loves them. We could never figure out what was causing their skin irritation and spin issues. Then their groomer said to try cbd's. So after doing some detailed research we found Greenguff. It has been amazing. No more skin yeast problems, and no more spin issues. My cocker enjoys the great outdoors again, and my little buddy dachshund runs and jumps again like a puppy! Thank you Greenguff!!!

I have two dogs I have two dogs. Squirt, a Snorkie, loves it but Boodle, a Bichon Poodle, won't touch it and he is the one that needs it, he'll be 16 in March. I did try breaking it up in his dry food and also covering it in peanut butter. After 3 days he was vomiting and it just did not sit well with his stomach. My neighbor's dog loves it and it has helped his dog. So I think it is a good product you just need to try it for your dog and see if they can tolerate it.

Great Product! Found this product at a local dispensary and tried them out for my elderly pup who is struggling with anxiety related to pain and dementia. Seems to help him sleep better at night and he’s not so growly towards his siblings. Decided to reorder from the website as the shop has been out the last two times. Really loving the cricket protein base as mine has significant allergies to beef and chicken product!
