I would never use their service again. They will not cancel the service without the credit company calling them and the credit company refuses do to a conflict over contract issues.

I made several phone calls and attempts to reach them via their website. I never got a response from the company. How can you run a company like this? Poor Security Protocol and Service to rectify We are a small local pub. Over $4000 in charges from a Spanish bank that never went through our business are now coming through our Merchant Service account andnwe are being mailed dispute letters. We are getting no help or response from Merchant Services even with multiple phone calls and faxes. I have grave issues with their security and safety protocols for their clients. We are terrified of a financial fallout as we speak just this month.
