GBAbsolutely the worst! Avoid! Absolutely the worst. I've been a customer for many years, and only familiarity has kept me hanging in with them, but no more. Over the past 18 months the problems and outages have just increased exponentially. I get constant email outages now, sometimes for days on end and customer service always have the same excuse 'we're moving server' (for months on end?). I put a monitor on sites and I can see them going up and down like yo-yos. Truly the worst host and terrible, arrogant, unhelpful customer service.

GBLike everyone else Like everyone else - customer for 17 years then a 400% increase with no reasonable excuse. Transferred lock stock and barrel to a UK based company and closed my Servage account.

ESThis company is an absolute disaster This company is an absolute disaster. My sites were not accessible for 10 days, without any reasonable explanation, without any sight of improvement. I honestly think if I'd stay with them longer, sites could easily down for another 2-3 months or more. It's a total disgrace how they do things. I moved to another hosting and recommned this to all of their existing customers. For all who consider to sign up with them - better think twice, you will heavily regret it, that's for sure.

ZAThanks, but no thanks to Servage! Terribly disappointed in their 400% price increase. Been with them over 15 years, the service was manageable and okay for what I needed. But this new increase just doesn't justify any service offering they may give. Other hosting services offer newer services at competitive prices, hence I'm moving all my domains away from Servage, to a new home that still gives good service at a good price. Thanks, but no thanks to Servage!

GBHad their day, but they are in desperate trouble My sites and emails have been down since 19th april, few days after paying my next year's invoice. Been with servage for years, they have previously been decent value, but now I'm rushing to move my services elsewhere to avoid any further disruption. Support just tell me to keep checking the service status page, which just looks like they are fruitlessly trial-and-erroring their way to nowhere. Real shame. Take the hint from everyone else here going to alternative providers, AWS and g suite for me
