SGDont touch 'em Dont touch them! They have just increaded their ww hosting package which was 40GBP every 6 months up to £200+ evey 6 months, an increase of over 400%!! They had the nerve to send a customer service email that politley presented the need for this 400% incremenet in service costs, all this in such a competitive market.. jokers!

GBHaving been a customer of there's for… Having been a customer of there's for over 14 years I was a little dismayed at the 457% price increased!!! £80ish pound to over £450 was too hard to swallow. Up until my renewal I never had any issues with their services/cost and would have had 5 stars from me! Like others after a 10 min hunt on google I jumped to Hostinger.

GBHad their day, but they are in desperate trouble My sites and emails have been down since 19th april, few days after paying my next year's invoice. Been with servage for years, they have previously been decent value, but now I'm rushing to move my services elsewhere to avoid any further disruption. Support just tell me to keep checking the service status page, which just looks like they are fruitlessly trial-and-erroring their way to nowhere. Real shame. Take the hint from everyone else here going to alternative providers, AWS and g suite for me

GBRidiculous Price Increases I have been a loyal customer for 15 years with Servage and then I got my new invoice for another 6 months of web hosting. The cost went from 48 dollars to 229 dollars. I'm not sure what percentage increase that is, but when you start putting greed above your loyal customers it's time to look elsewhere. I signed up with a new web host and I'm not looking back. Shame on Servage for treating their customers this way.

GBSCAMMERS SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If there was a zero star I would give it. I had been with this company for over 17 years. I do not know what has happened. They do not seem to be a company with any morals or ethical principles anymore. I have not been running my business for a couple of years and as a result of this I have not been using their hosting services. What these people have done during this time is that they have deleted £1,200 worth of a website from my account. They could have locked in my files and prevented me from using their hosting services. They have decided to delete £1,200 worth of my property from my account. To make things worse they have conned me into paying £240. Their fees have inflated exponentially over the last couple of years. I could only gain access to my 'alleged files' in my FTP account by paying £240. I am going to take these people to the small claims court I am not going to be conned out of £240.
