SCAMMERS SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If there was a zero star I would give it. I had been with this company for over 17 years. I do not know what has happened. They do not seem to be a company with any morals or ethical principles anymore. I have not been running my business for a couple of years and as a result of this I have not been using their hosting services. What these people have done during this time is that they have deleted £1,200 worth of a website from my account. They could have locked in my files and prevented me from using their hosting services. They have decided to delete £1,200 worth of my property from my account. To make things worse they have conned me into paying £240. Their fees have inflated exponentially over the last couple of years. I could only gain access to my 'alleged files' in my FTP account by paying £240. I am going to take these people to the small claims court I am not going to be conned out of £240.

Dont touch 'em Dont touch them! They have just increaded their ww hosting package which was 40GBP every 6 months up to £200+ evey 6 months, an increase of over 400%!! They had the nerve to send a customer service email that politley presented the need for this 400% incremenet in service costs, all this in such a competitive market.. jokers!

Started off really well when I first… Started off really well when I first joined on recommendation in 2011. However they since got taken over and service has rapidly gone down hill. Sites going down, emails not working. Support try to be helpful but are often not. I've lost too much confidence here and there is an actual business cost to me with their outages so I'll be moving to a different (possibly more expensive) provider. The only thing these guys have going for them is the price point, but whats the point if it's unreliable?

Been with Servage for 11 years but… Been with Servage for 11 years but their service has gone from average to extremely poor. No emails for days, other accounts not working at all. Web performance average at best. Tech support are seemingly quadra spazzed and just post links so you, the customer, can sort it out yourself lol Avoid like the plague. Currently in the process of getting my money back. Absolute tossers!

After 15 years a kick in the butt! After being a customer for 15 years, advising others to join them, it feels like a kick in the butt. Silently putting the price up 400% and as a respond to my shocked email, a standard mail with "we move to an enhanced technology platform" and if you don't like it go to "our sister company websupport.se" (for same price but less features, or same features for a higher price)
