AUScam company Run, run, run! SCAM!! This company and website should not be allowed to exist!! They have my private home details on their site for a small business that never got off the ground and doesn't exist! Any feedback or opt-out option simply leads you around in circles with no resolution! In order to even submit a request to remove your details, they ask for MORE private details - heck no, not happening!

RSHorrible customer service… Their customer service is so awful that my brain hurts after only five minutes of trying to make a conversation. I wanted to inquire the options of becoming their client via an enterprise subscription for their market research reports, only for their customer service agents to transfer me from one another and disconnecting my chat on two occasions, all the while avoiding to answer my straight forward questions! Sounded like I tried to connect with some gang which has the website as a front for their activities - nobody knows anything. Horrible experience! I cannot understand that a company of their caliber can have such an awful customer service!

ARDON'T WORK WITH DUN AND BRADSTREET! They contacted me through Fiverr. They asked me to copywrite 94 pages with the promise that I was going to earn money. After I delivered the job they transfer me to a USA Bank, Pantheon Prosperity Bank. In the same moment I got an email from this bank asking me for a refoundable fee of 200usd in order to get a VAT. That apparently was correct so I did it, when I got my vat and could send money they sent me another email telling me that I have to pay for a 500usd refoundable fee in order to upgrade my account which I didn't pay. I'm still waiting for my payment.

CAI had an issue with Google Developer… I had an issue with Google Developer and needed to update our company info. Followed instructions and ended up on phone with US D&B, who gave me the wrong number for Canada Customer Service (line was disconnected) after waiting on the phone for 42 minutes. The Canada D&B web site shows a "404 Error" on the 'update your company' link, so spent another 45+ minutes on hold and working through a relatively friendly technician who stil treated me like I was a criminal trying to pull a scam. There was NO authentication process; the agent update the file and sent me an email, but there seems to be no verification and I could have been anyone. The agent claiimed "they would do diligence to confirm this". Both these companies need to get their act together and move these services online, with links that work, and MFA authentication, or, close shop forever, since both Apple and Google rely on their information to allow us to put Apps on their Stores. This is unacceptable, and I am not confident my information is safe and cannot be modified by another individual.

GBagree with others commenting they are a… agree with others commenting they are a scam organization and should be sued. they fraudulently reported stuff about our business to get us to pay for their services to see. when we didn't and pressed them, they finally removed, but wouldn't say how or why the original fraud appeared. We know they did it to get small businesses to pay for something they don't need. US Government should investigate them for ripping off and scamming many small businesses.
