GBIt looks comprehensive but… It looks comprehensive but the plan I paid for includes abnormal materials. For example, a treated 3x3? Dimensional lumber comes is 3/4”, 1-1/2” and 3-1/2”. Where am I going to find 2-1/2” lumber? If I rip a 2x4 I’ll have 1-1/2”x2-1/2”. If I rip a 4x4 I’ll have a 2-1/2”x3-1/2” unless I rip again! Sheesh! Why can’t we just be working with typical wood sizes?

GBGood plans Good plans look thorough and easy to follow. Not sure about why the plans call for pressure treated lumber for framing I don’t think that is necessary except were the areas that could draw moisture. Overall good design
