GBBecause you asked for a review Because you asked for a review, here you go. Plans were paid for and delivered quickly. Unfortunately they are wrong. Atleast the bill of materials or purchase list that comes with the plans. This will make me now go through the entire build sheet and make my own list to purchase because all I did was check one item and it was grossly wrong. I emailed support and they said they would ask the designer. Still no word back. As a mechanical engineer that deals with prints and bill of materials this questions the entire package. I will give it a few more days and then request a refund. I am either the first person to point this out or the company does not care to update their drawings. I am sure if it was ever built someone would have said something as they would have 12 pc of plywood that would be trash.

GBGreat plans and customer service The plans are very detailed and easy to read. We did send one question via email which was answered very quickly. They were very helpful.

GBGood plans and good customer support The plans for the coop are great. Gives everything in really good detail and has really good customer support. I changed it from four to five stars because I was having some problems with the plans and after I sent a review they sent me the corrected plans.

GBExcellent drawings. Materials unclear. Excellent drawings, lackluster plans. Bill of materials unclear. My assumption is it’s lost in translation between either countries of origin/use or its field terms vs actual items. For example, “corner bracket” yields nothing in search results. When I look at images and try to compare to hardware store items, I have no idea what ratings are important. Edit: Decreased rating for the following. The "corner brackets" I refer to in my review are in the plans as 3x3 and 2x3. The owner sent me an image with a meme over top showing they looked up corner bracket in home depot. What they also managed to point out is that corner brackets have either 3 or 1 dimension. For instance, the first bracket in their tongue-in-cheek insult is listed as a 2 in. x 1-1/2 in x 2-3/4 in. Galvanized Angle. This is what I mean by unclear bill of materials. When I search "3x3 corner bracket" The results are a 1-1/2 in 3x3 bracket. However, the drawing shows the bracket the same width as the 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" lumber. Meaning their bracket needs to be 3"x3"x3-1/2" which is a non-standard part and would require fabrication or special order. That being said, I still maintain these are decent drawings that can yield a good general arrangement. The owner just failed to add clarity or seek it in a professional manor. They had their feelings hurt when criticism was provided. Originally I gave them 3 stars because they're decent drawings that can be used as a guideline. However, don't pay for them expecting accurate drawings or prints. I downgraded to 2 star following the email with just sub-par manners. I don't mind paying for things, but I don't want to reward when people ask for a review then get upset when I give direct criticism. The owner issued a refund. Fittingly, you get what you pay for and the plans are worth every penny I paid.
