Because you asked for a review Because you asked for a review, here you go. Plans were paid for and delivered quickly. Unfortunately they are wrong. Atleast the bill of materials or purchase list that comes with the plans. This will make me now go through the entire build sheet and make my own list to purchase because all I did was check one item and it was grossly wrong. I emailed support and they said they would ask the designer. Still no word back. As a mechanical engineer that deals with prints and bill of materials this questions the entire package. I will give it a few more days and then request a refund. I am either the first person to point this out or the company does not care to update their drawings. I am sure if it was ever built someone would have said something as they would have 12 pc of plywood that would be trash.

It looks comprehensive but… It looks comprehensive but the plan I paid for includes abnormal materials. For example, a treated 3x3? Dimensional lumber comes is 3/4”, 1-1/2” and 3-1/2”. Where am I going to find 2-1/2” lumber? If I rip a 2x4 I’ll have 1-1/2”x2-1/2”. If I rip a 4x4 I’ll have a 2-1/2”x3-1/2” unless I rip again! Sheesh! Why can’t we just be working with typical wood sizes?

Good plans Good plans look thorough and easy to follow. Not sure about why the plans call for pressure treated lumber for framing I don’t think that is necessary except were the areas that could draw moisture. Overall good design

good baseline good communication good baseline for a coop but could use some trimming recommend making it 8 foot long instead of 8' 9 1/2" there is wasted material that way
