Mistake to Order from NEURONEAGLE (one of many window 'companies' for xborderecommerce?) Two months since I ordered a ladies bag, PRESUMABLY FROM THE US - since the original 'start off' point in the track item is listed as Salt Lake City! Fortunately I took screen shots of its progress until arrival at Customs Point in my country and then a few days later inexplicably at a different major city to my own. Note: once you start to challenge the order's whereabouts you are given a VAGUE excuse about the shipping partner facility delivery system presumably upgrading. I will be examining other options against them. AVOID!!!

big scam company They advertise in Facebook get a return pallet DeWalt tools for 60 US dollars from Amazon. Actually u got small lucky box with few baby screwdriver about 3 inches long. they are useless and don*t cost a dime. I hope Facebook can ban this company advertising in their website because thousand of people are getting rip off from them.

I would go into the minus with this… I would go into the minus with this company. Total scam. Ordered a couple of dresses online and realised the price I paid had been altered to USD meaning I paid almost $50 extra. Cancelled order straight away. This lot only refunded in a different currency rate which meant I was out of pocket. Scammers. Never ever use border commerce or buy from Vyjak or any of the other 36 names they operate under.

This is a fake offer This is a fake offer. Instead of DeWalt tools I received a Mystery Box with useless dime store items. They advertise on Facebook with a video showing DeWalt tools. They use Amazon as a cover story for why they are so inexpensive. Backlog because of Covid Amazon closing warehouses and that's why such a savings etc... Frankly I do not understand why Facebook allows this and why Amazon isn't launching an investigation into this scam. I'm trying to dispute this with my bank.
