Reached out to their customer service multiple times only to be told repeatedly to be patient (8x). Finally demanded a refund and they would not provide and again told to be patient and they blocked me from further submissions through their customer service. Have reported to the BBB and CBC Go Public.

Which they claimed the return apple items from Amazon Store. In actual they sent me one low quality ear phone of TWS, one charging cable, one hand free low quality and one plastic useless item. In my view its a scam and fraudsters are running website. The use layers by using different names... Xbordercommerce, zonerweb, Amazon- Pellet.

This is a fake offer This is a fake offer. Instead of DeWalt tools I received a Mystery Box with useless dime store items. They advertise on Facebook with a video showing DeWalt tools. They use Amazon as a cover story for why they are so inexpensive. Backlog because of Covid Amazon closing warehouses and that's why such a savings etc... Frankly I do not understand why Facebook allows this and why Amazon isn't launching an investigation into this scam. I'm trying to dispute this with my bank.
