GBBeautiful box, missing inscription. The music box itself is beautiful. When I went to add the inscription th website kept putting me into a loop so that it wouldn't add it to the final bill. I called customer service and was told to just add it to the special message line and he would make sure it was on there. When I got my box, there was no inscription.

GBService with a heart! Mike made my experience like I was family. Never rushed me and helped me to make sure I had everything I needed. This was a special moment I was purchasing a special gift for my great granddaughters to remember me by.

GBPhenomenal customer support I was browsing the website for my brother's wedding. Some questions came up and I called the support number. They were exceptional and helped answer so many questions. They also helped place the order.

GBThis company is the best! I love being able to listen to the tunes before choosing; the speed at which my order is processed is amazingly fast! I’ve only had to ask for customer service one time, and they were fantastic.
