Beautiful box, missing inscription. The music box itself is beautiful. When I went to add the inscription th website kept putting me into a loop so that it wouldn't add it to the final bill. I called customer service and was told to just add it to the special message line and he would make sure it was on there. When I got my box, there was no inscription.

Never Received My Order I ordered my music box on April 5th, 2024 and still haven't received my music box, as of April 21, 2024. I called customer service and the representative even thought it was odd that I hadn't received it. I want a full refund for my order!
