Don't advertise you have on hand when you have no stock..… I ordered a pre-wired set of DiMarzio pickups on Jan 4th with free two day shipping and did not get them until Jan 11 I believe this was because though they were shown as in stock at LiqAu they were not so were searched for then drop-shipped from elsewhere (tracking showed an Amazon warehouse in Denver I believe) ..also the volume/tone knobs were shown in the picture as the numbered style (which I wanted) and instead they were plain black which is more on DiMarzio I guess

Wonderful experience Wonderful experience. They had exactly what I was looking for...cheaper than other sites. It came uickly and exactly as adcertised.

Smooth Buying experience It was a great buying experience with the seller. Shipping was free, and their sheesham 18x4 Bodhran was the least expensive in the market. It was delivered as promised and on time. However, the bodhran when arrived had damages. The head skin was slightly torn at the edge such that it was not possible to tune it without risking the skin tearing further. The bodhran also had the hammer damage marks, and item looked used. I reached out to the seller, provided pictures and explained damages, requested for replacement, if that is not possible then asked for refund. This was the last item they had in their inventory. So they immediately provided with shipping label for return. As soon as they received the return they refunded fully. Their communication was excellent, and they cared for their customer. I would recommend the seller to anyone.

Absolute disaster. Should not be in business Can’t give less then one star or I would.I called to make sure you had my item in stock and was guarenteed you did and told it was sealed and never opened So I canceled my order and lost weeks on a wait list and ordered from you Then you decide you don’t really have this I am fuming You have done nothing to compensate me and I am honestly furious Bad appropriate on line reviews will follow if someone does not take the time to properly address this all with me HM MD
