GBGood first experience with liquid audio I took a chance and ordered a nice piece of music equipment from liquid audio. This was my first time purchasing from this company. I got a great deal and I reached out to the company through email inquiring about my delivery date. I received a Prompt response giving me an approximation delivery schedule and I am happy to say that my beautiful orange combo amp just arrived at my front door and it is in perfect condition. I will be using this company in the future, along with my go to company that I have used for years. Thank you liquid audio for the great deal and following through on your end of things.

GBDon't advertise you have on hand when you have no stock..… I ordered a pre-wired set of DiMarzio pickups on Jan 4th with free two day shipping and did not get them until Jan 11 I believe this was because though they were shown as in stock at LiqAu they were not so were searched for then drop-shipped from elsewhere (tracking showed an Amazon warehouse in Denver I believe) ..also the volume/tone knobs were shown in the picture as the numbered style (which I wanted) and instead they were plain black which is more on DiMarzio I guess

GBDidn't Get What I Bought I bought a Kara Concert Ukulele Kit (Ukulele, Tuner, Bag, Strap, and Strings), and when I got the package, they had only sent me the ukulele. I decided to just return it, but because of my troubles, I was able to get back the full refund without having to pay for shipping. The customer service was great though.

GBI never received my order and there was… I never received my order and there was never a track number or anything that I could follow up on it, wrote an email, and I’m waiting to hear back from you regarding either reimbursement or just receiving my order. Thanks.

GBShipping a bit slow, and packaging insufficient Two-day shipping was advertised, but the item shipped ground from across the country and arrived in more than two days. The owner of the shop called to apologize for the error. When the item arrived, it was as expected, but it was inside a larger box with no padding so was sliding around a lot. This could be an issue for a delicate musical instrument.
