GBI highly recommend Pictory as it is… I highly recommend Pictory as it is very user friendly. This is my first time creating videos and I've been able to create about 10 videos in one month! Good quality, professional looking videos. Their customer service is also great too! They answer your questions very quickly!

GBso bad.....wasted the whole day on one video Today is the first day I joined Pictory.AI. Uploaded a script of about 5000 words. The video generated with horrible visuals. When I tried to change, every page would freeze and went unresponsive taking more than a minute to resume. I wasted the whole day trying different things like restarting the laptop, clearing cash and pop up etc. Reducted the script to 3000. Same story. I have sent an email to the support. I was so looking forward to finding a good tool for all my YouTube videos. so disappointed....

KRA recent update removed the ability to autoplay previews when you press 'scene'. A recent update removed the automatic playback of previews when you press 'scene'. Honestly, this update is very frustrating as a customer. It seems like this update was made for users who say that Pictory is slow. If that's the case, it would have been nice to have the ability to toggle autoplay previews on and off in the settings for users like me who want them to play automatically when we press 'scene'. Please either allow previews to play automatically as they did before the update, or add the ability to turn preview autoplay off or on in the settings. We strongly request that this feature be added.

PLPainfully slow Painfully slow, to the point that is pretty much impossible to use. Until a few months ago it was fine, but since then it went DOWNHILL. Either they should improve processing capacity by a LOT or just get out of business.

AUExcellent tool! Excellent tool! Very easy to use. Would love some more stock video to draw from. Also, a button to time the scenes and audio so there are no pauses. It generally does this automatically, occasionally I have long scene and audio pauses.
